This villa is distributed in 2 floors and has 5 double rooms with capacity for 10 people (three on the first floor with air conditioning and 2 on the ground floor with fans), 3 bathrooms, large living room and majestic kitchen with appliances.    
 Also features spacious and cozy chillout area in top floor. WiFi is available. The exterior has spacious terraces with different environments and fenced pool. It is surrounded by nature and it retains the Mallorcan memory, the charm and essence of the Mediterranean. It is located just 10 min away from the beach and very short car distance to the capital Palma.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  
€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all 300kw electricity costs , water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 25 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
