Three of them (1 suite) have double beds (1.50) and the option of a crib (60x120 cm) in one of the rooms, if needed. The other two rooms each have two single beds, 90 cm wide. <br>- 3 full bathrooms, 1 en suite with a shower, distributed throughout all floors of the house.<br>- Entertainment area in the garage with a ping-pong table, darts, and electronic archery, sheltered from the sun—ideal for spending long leisurely hours.<br>- An 8x4-meter saltwater pool with access via a built-in ladder. Saltwater offers benefits over chlorine, especially for the skin and eyes.<br>- A fish pond with a small waterfall.<br>- Several fruit trees, where guests can pick and enjoy some of the fruit, depending on the time of year.<br>- Air conditioning in the living/dining room and the upstairs living room. All bedrooms are equipped with highly efficient ceiling fans.<br>- Radiator heating for the winter, as well as a cozy fireplace.<br>- Free Wi-Fi<br>- Panoramic ocean view.<br><br>The house provides a set of towels for each guest as well as bed linens.<br><br>AT OUR ACCOMMODATION, WE TAKE ALL PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19, FOLLOWING ALL OFFICIAL RECOMMENDATIONS, NOT ONLY BY CLEANING, BUT ALSO BY DISINFECTING ALL AREAS OF THE HOUSE THAT MAY BE EXPOSED.<br><br>The pool is maintained once a week so that guests can enjoy it in the best possible condition, and on demand whenever necessary or requested.<br><br>The house is very spacious and bright, accommodating up to 10 people. It is fully equipped to meet all your needs during your stay and make you feel right at home, with plenty of common areas to enjoy the company of family or friends.<br><br>The house is located in a quiet area with excellent transportation links, on a dead-end street with very few neighbors. You can park your car right on the street since there’s always space available, and if you prefer, you can park it in the garage.<br><br>It will be your retreat where you’ll enjoy a wonderful rest, fun, and privacy.<br><br>- Important:<br>Tourist tax: Upon arrival, you’ll be required to pay the tourist tax in effect at the time of arrival; it is currently €1.75 per person per night (effective April 1, 2026) for a maximum of 7 days, applicable only to guests over 16 years of age, in accordance with Decree-Law 6/2025 of March 25 of the Parliament of Catalonia. As of April 1, 2027, the rate will be €2.50 per person per night.
