This sumptuous four-bedroom (plus) den ski-in/ski-out home is located in Beaver Creek Village, and provides superb access to both the resort village and the slopes.
This spectacular 4,400 square foot home, situated right on the mountain, is decorated with top class furnishings and art, appropriate for any discerning traveller. Guests have superb ski-in/ski-out access during the winter, as well as convenient hiking trails during the summer months. Guests can also use the complimentary Village Connect shuttle service to visit other areas of the resort.
Enjoy two separate living areas, in addition to the den, ideal for relaxing with family and friends. Warm your toes by the fireplace, play a game of pool, take in a movie on one of six large plasma TVs, or simply relax in your own private, outdoor hot tub.
This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 115 Village Walk have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.

Guest bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom
Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms
Den with a twin over full captain’s bunk.
This home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with ample seating for large dinner gatherings. Whether you prefer to do your own cooking or wish to hire a private chef, we can help with the arrangements.
The property is also fitted with high-speed wireless Internet for your convenience.
Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.
This residence includes housekeeping service on alternate days for stays of 5 nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note evening turndowns or services on major Holidays are not included.
*This Estate has an additional $1,000 refundable security deposit beyond the standard Vacation Rental Damage Protection. This security deposit will be required at the time of final payment and will be refunded within 30 days of departure less any damage to the residence.
This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
