Everything about our stay was 5*. The property is exceptionally clean and immaculately presented. We loved the welcome hamper, which was a lovely bonus. Everything from booking to leaving was seamless, and communication excellent. I would recommend in a heartbeat!

One of the top places we have ever stayed. The hosts were amazing, helpful and on hand. The apartment was spotless, rooms were bright and inviting; it felt brand new. Everything needed was available, the kitchen was well laid out, utensils, cutlery and crockery was very clean. Bed linen, big bath sheets and hand towels all great, beds were comfy.The welcome hamper was much appreciated, also check in in person was a nice change from fighting with a key safe. If we return to the area, the apartment would be our first choice and would have no hesitation in recommending it for short or long stay.

What a find! First of all it is much better than the pictures. Malcom and Jane were friendly with great communication. Jane met us when she arrived and showed us around the property, Everything was spotless. Not a spec of dust anywhere. It felt like we were the first guests. Everything you need and more was provided, including a great welcome basket with cereal, milk, croissants and jam. Comfortable matress and pillows! Very important. Shower works perfectly. Lovely shared garden.Close to central Ipswich and A14. Will most definitely be staying again.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and stunning. Well stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. We had a fantastic trip and the welcome hamper and toiletries provided were a fantastic addition! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Was close to the town center and we found it super easy to get anywhere we needed to.

Perfect weekend break.

A very high spec property and exceptionally clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. Malcolm and Jane were very good hosts making sure we had everything to enjoy our weekend break. Would definitely recommend.

Short break

We enjoyed our few days stay in this lovely 2 bed apartment. It is just as pictured and had everything we needed. Lovely and clean through our. Communication with Malcolm and Jane was easy and quick responses received to all pre-stay enquiry.

Well appointed modern apt

Clean, well appointed interior, lovely garden to sit in! The hosts were very accommodating, went out of their way to make our theme in Ipswich and surrounds productive and enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Perfect location for visiting Felixstowe

We could not fault the property at all. Thoughtful touches as leaving us a pint of mile on the fridge for when we arrived and toiletries pouch. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My partner and I stayed in this lovely apartment while attending the Halo Festival over the weekend, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented, with a warm and homely atmosphere that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.We were welcomed by one of the owners, who was incredibly friendly and took the time to show us around the apartment, explaining everything we needed to know and giving us the opportunity to ask any questions. A helpful information booklet was also provided with instructions for the appliances and other useful information.The thoughtful touches really made our stay special. We were welcomed with a generous hamper containing cereals, coffee, fresh croissants, biscuits and other treats, and there was also fresh milk and bottled water waiting for us in the fridge. These small details were greatly appreciated and made us feel genuinely welcomed.We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again if we're in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect

Delightful modern property in a quiet area outside the city centre. Great base for exploring both Ipswich and its surrounding countryside. Impressively equipped, beautifully furnished, comfy beds and quite definitely the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Our host, Malcolm, was as lovely as his house. Would recommend highly, and we will be back.

Wow!

This apartment is beautiful. It was spotless, Co-ordinated, comfortable, contained everything one would need. Just delightful. The owners were lovely, helpful and obliging; we had some travel issues and didn’t check in until 10pm but they were fine and most accommodating of us. A lovely couple of days

The operator / Owner of the property was very welcoming and helpful. If we had any problems he could be at hand to sort. The property sat in a quiet close with parking and a shared secluded garden to the rear, warmth and hot water readily available. I am very particular where I stay and this was of good quality. Many thanks to Malcolm and partner we would recommend to anyone.

Moms get away

My friend and I were looking to get away and have a change of scenery to relax. This property exceeded all our expectations. Malcom was there to greet us and show us around. Very pleasant host. The thoughtful details, milk and water in fridge, to individual shower necessities left on the beds for our use, and so many more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The garden out back is absolutely lovely and parking very accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

2 Night weekend break

From the commencement of booking the property Malcolm was in contact with me. Jane was ready on our arrival with keys and a tour of the property. Met Malcolm the following day with advice re the different areas to visit and a friendly chat. The property itself was immaculate, as stated in other reviews and it felt so homely with every piece of equipment in the kitchen etc. Would definitely return as one of the best properties we've stayed in for a short break. Thank you Jane and Malcolm for a very pleasant weekend.

Outstanding Holiday Apartment

Fabulous place to stay, quiet area with parking and delightful garden, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, excellent attention to detail, friendly and helpful hosts nearby, well situated for many attractions and places to visit, lovely welcome touches of milk, biscuits, toiletries made this the perfect home-from-home place to stay. We absolutely loved it, would recommend it to anyone and hope to return next year, best place we've ever stayed so far.

Great property! Highly recommended

Me and my partner had a lovely 8 night stay at Malcom’s property. Great communication with Mel before and after booking and also during our stay. Flat is nicely decorated, kitchen fully equipped! We appreciated original Nespresso capsules:). Home away from home. Extremely comfortable mattress (pocket spring), message for ladies: powerful hairdryer is provided too :). Nice patio with shared garden is good addition too. Very efficient wifi if you consider working from there. Off street parking. They even thought about hand sanitizers and face masks. Well done Mel & Jane. Thank you for looking after us well.

Great location

The property was just as expected from details on the site. It was lovely to have access to the garden patio as it got the sun in the morning and up to the late afternoon. The apartment and area was very quiet, and about 15 minutes walk from the station, town centre and a supermarkets. Very convenient! Communication with Mel was excellent - always a very quick response, before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend it!
