Dear Guests we are very sorry and surprised in the same time to read your review considering it refers to a property that has been always appreciated and well considered. Please find here below our comments: Dog barking : this is the first time we have heard of this problem ; if you would have informed us we would have sent someone to resolve the issue Wifi : the supplier is one of the best in Italy ; unfortunately the service might become slower in peak times if you would have informed us we would have sent someone to resolve the issue Location : Homeaway as well as our website has the exact location displayed on GoogleMaps House supply : we normally supply a welcome set mainly consisting of toilet paper, 1 roll per bathroom, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo in the bathrooms and washing-up liquid, dish-washer tablets, sponge, kitchen paper, 3 tea towels and 1 tablecloth in the kitchen. Mid-stay cleaning took place on August 19th where your bath towels and bed linen were changed We will make sure in future it is made clearer to our guests that in the event of any issues they should not hesitate to get in touch with us.
