This gorgeous, newly renovated cottage boasts 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with spacious living and dining area. There is a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen bed with a twin bunk on top of it in the second bedroom. Conveniently located within walking distance to not only Million Dollar Beach and Usher's Beach, but also the heart of downtown Lake George! We would love to have you as our guests. Please inquire for open dates, and other cottages we have available.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this cottage! The location was excellent—close to the beach, downtown, and having a restaurant literally next door was so convenient. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, hangers in the closets, and everything we needed. We also really enjoyed relaxing on the porch and using the fire pit in the evenings. The dedicated parking spot made coming and going easy, and communication with the owners was great from start to finish. We’d be happy to stay here again!

My family of four stayed for three nights. Our favorite part of the property was the location to Million Dollar Beach and downtown Lake George. Other than picking up some groceries upon arrival, we never drove anywhere in Lake George the entire time we were there; we walked everywhere. The restaurant next door is very convenient. No issues with the cleanliness or communication with the hosts. Some parts of the property are showing a bit of wear and tear and could use some attention. We’re assuming the basement of this property is used as a cleaning center to wash linens and towels for the other properties. This did surprise us one early morning when we could hear noises including voices coming from the basement. It would have been nice to know beforehand so we wouldn’t be as concerned at first! Just something I think people should be aware of. None of this is a deal breaker for me and we would stay here again.

charming cottage close to town

We had a lovely stay here over Labor Day Weekend. The cottage is perfect for a small group and we enjoyed it's central location and cozy layout.

The best location

This was such a great stay. Perfect sized yard and house with everyone you would need. The best part is the location. You can’t find a better location. Will definitely be staying again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. House was clean and well maintained. Close enough to walk to restaurants and activities. Would recommend it to other families.

What a great cabin

Great Stay

The location of this cottage was perfect for our stay. Clean, quiet, convenient. One small maintenance issue that was resolved within a few hours. We will definitely return for another visit.

Great Lake George Cottage

The cottage was exactly as described. Great location, very clean, and comfortable beds. The outside fire pit was a nice bonus! It was perfect for our quick stay at Lake George. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Location

The location of this cottage couldn’t have been better. Super short walk to Million Dollar Beach which was perfect for us since I was participating in the annual volleyball tournament. The cottage was comfortable and just big enough for our family of 5.

Quick Lake George Trip

The cottage was clean and well maintained. It was a short walk to the beach. The walk to town was a bit longer than we thought, but manageable. We were a party of four and we fit very comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

I planned a bachelorette getaway with a few people and the bride. This cottage was perfect! We were able to walk by the lake to everywhere in town. The cottage was adorable! There is also a fire pit and table on the front deck for some outdoor activities. Would highly recommend this cottage!

Lovely property in perfect location.

We had a lovely stay. Perfect location. Easy walk to beach or into the town and restaurants. A great veranda to sit out on in the evenings to watch the sunset and fireworks. Might be helpful to have a few more basics in the property such as bin bags, oil, salt and pepper, a hair dryer. Otherwise highly recommended.

Great house

The house was great and close to million dollar beach and the center of town. I would suggest marking the parking spots with the cottage number, providing info on garbage collection and also timing the sprinklers so when you are packing up to leave you don't get stuck in the house. We really did enjoy our time spent at the cottage. We could even see the fireworks from the deck!

It was pretty good. There were a couple of broken dishes and fixtures, which I think should have been corrected before a stay, but overall good. There were no area rugs like what was shown in the listing- that would have been nice. Maybe put down a couple of washable ones if upkeep is the concern. I would also suggest to provide wood on site for use in the fire pits. Aside from that, the location is great and the cottage is comfortable. It won’t take a lot to have it be a great stay instead of a good one.
