Designed by renowned French architect Erik Morvan, this extraordinary home blends seamlessly into its surroundings. Inspired by organic forms, the villa incorporates curves, waves, uneven textures, and natural materials to create a truly unique and harmonious living space.



Built with high-quality materials, every piece of furniture in the house was custom-made based on the architect’s sketches.



Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offers total privacy, with no visible neighbors.

MIDDLE FLOOR – Bedrooms, Gym & Spa

At the heart of this floor is a stunning round glass atrium with a marble floor and an impressive chandelier, giving access to the gym, spa, and four bedrooms.

- master suite: king-size bed (200x200 cm), walk-in closet and floor-to-ceiling windows with scenic views. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- second suite: double bed (150x200 cm), walk-in closet. En-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

- Two additional bedrooms, ideal for children: one with a double bed (135x200 cm) and one with two single beds (pull-out bed).

These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.



All bedrooms feature stunning views of the surrounding hills and sea.



PRIVATE GYM AND SPA

Fully equipped gym with Technogym treadmill, elliptical trainer, power trainer, BOSU ball, and yoga mats.

Luxury spa area with a Turkish bath and Effegibi sauna.

Separate toilet and shower.

Direct access to the outdoor pool area, perfect for a refreshing swim after a workout or spa session!



TOP FLOOR – Living Area, Kitchen & Pool

Bright, open-concept living room with TV and gas fireplace.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light.

Direct access via a sliding door to the terrace which is equipped with an exterior dining table and a comfortable lounge area.

Fully equipped kitchen, designed in a semi-circular layout overlooking the living room.



On this floor you'll find the fifth bedroom with double bed (150x200 cm), walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Spectacular infinity pool (12m x 7m) with a saltwater system (gentle on the eyes—no chlorine irritation!) and a shallow part, perfect for relaxation or young children.

Restaurant Sybius – Specializing in authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

Other must-visit beaches include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Sant Francesc.



Lloret de Mar's vibrant city center is just 7 minutes away, offering a bustling promenade, boutique shops and excellent restaurants.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- One set of bath towels and one beach towel per person is included.

- Unfortunately, the villa is not available for groups of young travelers. Minimum age requirement: 28 years. Families are more than welcome!
