Our two identical beach houses offer the best of both worlds . . . 1.5 short blocks to the beach and a short walk to Jenkinson's boardwalk, featuring rides, attractions, arcades, carnival games and more! An ideal location, close to all, yet away from the noise and traffic on Ocean Ave.

Looking for family fun? It's just a one minute stroll to the boardwalk where you'll discover restaurants and bars, amusement rides for the kids and teens, arcade games, a wonderfully informative aquarium complete with sharks, penguins, seals, and many other undersea creatures, a fun-house, multiple mini golf games, shopping, and live entertainment. Enjoy fireworks on the beach every Thursday night during the summer months.

Did you ever want to go parasailing? Now's your chance! Is fishing your thing? Then head on over to the inlet, get on a charter boat and catch yourself the big one! And don't forget you're just a few blocks away from downtown Point Pleasant where you'll find wonderful restaurants, cafes, shopping, and a huge antique district. There's so much to do you'll have a hard time fitting it all in! 4 beach badges are included with the rental.

The front and back house are set on one large lot with plenty of space for privacy, and outdoor fun. If you're vacationing with extended family or friends, rent both houses which allows more space, greater flexibility and create memories that will last a lifetime. Can rent individually or together (upon availability)

Jim, the owner, was very supportive and the house was very comfortable. You could walk to the beach and restaurants. Seafood was excellent.If we are at the shore again, we would come back to this property.

Family shore week

Perfect place to stay for a family trip! We had our toddler with us so the proximity to the beach and restaurants was ideal. The home was spotless, and have everything we needed and more! There was a kids dining table inside and kids picnic table out back, a beach wagon, movies - so accommodating! We loved our stay and also appreciated how super responsive and communicative Jim (owner) was the entire trip.

Excellent experience

The house was perfect for us. Very very clean. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Jim the owner was terrific for updating us with texts about things to do and places to go. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great Trip.

Nice clean place. Not extravagant, but just enough for us for what we needed. The manager put us on to some nice deals at the boardwalk which made the experience even better. The off street parking was a plus as was the closeness to the beach and boardwalk !

Great stay

This was a cozy house that was close to everything. Communication and check in process was great. The hosts even texted us to let us know that the property was ready and we could arrive a few hours earlier. All in all a great stay.

Jim and Donna were so accommodating and responsive from start to finish. They truly made our vacation perfect. Their house was perfect for my family and I. Perfect location and ample amount of parking. Absolutely equipped with everything you need. I would absolutely rent this house again!

Nice place

This was a very comfortable place to stay with two toddlers. Jim and his wife went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer but the laundromat just down the street was a godsend and a very nice break from having to do laundry!

Great Location

The house itself was clean and comfortable, in a nice neighborhood just a five-minute walk from the boardwalk. And while the shower itself was quite small, we got used to it and had plenty of hot water. Jim and Donna are very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. We had a wonderful time in Point Pleasant!

Lovely Point Pleasant Vacation

This home was beautiful, clean and bigg er than we expected. Three bedrooms were large and comfortable. The porch with the rocking chairs was an added bonus. The kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure to prepare meals. Jim,the owner, was always accessible and readily answered our texts. His suggestions were greatly appreciated. Its also in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We look forward to returning.

Great location!

This was a perfect house for our beach vacation. The house was super clean and decorated very nice. It was well stocked with all the housewares you would need to make you feel at home. We loved the outdoor shower and outdoor space for the kids. There was also plenty of parking on site which was a huge perk. The beach and boardwalk was a very short walking distance away. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and the attentiveness of the owners who made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for a great beach stay!

Just Right

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beach home. The house is cute, clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. It's super close to the beach, boardwalk, and local stores. Downtown point pleasant is an easy, enjoyable bike ride away- about 5-10 min max. The house also has a great outside area to eat, BBQ and shower when you come home from the beach. The amount of parking spaces and passes for street parking was also a bonus. The owners, Jim and Donna, were very warm and inviting, they truly make their home feel like your own. We would definitely rent this beach house again. Thanks again Jim and Donna!

Best place for a comfortable, stress-free and fun beach stay!

The property and house are perfectly situated, very clean, comfortable and, most importantly, well managed. We had such a wonderful week last year that we booked the same for this year. Jim and Donna are great hosts that truly care about making sure you feel at home during your stay. Their communication, recommendations around the area and instructions for the stay are excellent and extremely helpful. We had 3 kids (5 and under) with us and they are still talking about "their beach house". The setup made it stress-free and was very comfortable for our family. The backyard area made for a great outdoor movie night with the kids. We love the proximity to the beach, boardwalk and rides. We can't wait for next year!

Clean & well-stocked home in quiet area near beach

The property is easy to access with off street parking. We walked to the inlet for fishing and the beach for a day of fun in the sun. Beach tags and off street parking passes were provided which is appreciated. The outdoor shower was very convenient and larger than indoor one. We are not accustomed to hard beds so that was the only reason the property didn't get 5 stars. None of us slept great till we hit the beach! We will come back again but with a foam topper for the beds to help our preference. We received excellent communication from the owner and found the electronic lock very convenient to not worry about carrying a key.

Overall, this house is adorable, and the owner is eager to help and is extremely informative. The location is pretty good, close to Jenks and Martel’s and also a short walk to the beach.The downfall of this property is that there is no washer and dryer. I’m not sure if this is a common thing for the area, but one would think if you rented a house that is a necessity. I have loads and loads of laundry. The house comes well stocked with supplies and a very functional kitchen .’The bathroom situation is not good. The shower is extremely small and it’s not located in the bathroom. A pocket door separates a very small area where the shower is on one side and the commode is on the other, but off that area is the back door. This makes it very difficult if people are showering outside or if they’re outside in general to come through that door because they will walk in on somebody’s nakedness. The driveway is shared and the yard space is shared. I wouldn’t say it’s a very updated home, but it is neat, tidy and clean. There is a cute front porch with rocking chairs which I loved. The owner is extremely helpful, informative and friendly. He was also extremely detailed oriented in his manual. Overall, this is a great home however, next time I definitely need a washer and dryer. property does not offer sheets, bath or beach towels .

Great stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 2 year old and 5 month old children. The rental was as described in the listing and was very clean. Basic amenities to start you off were covered, which was appreciated. These included trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. I did get more of some things during the trip, but it was nice not to have to run out right away to get them. The location was an easy walk from to the boardwalk and beach. It was also an easy drive to other restaurants and to the grocery store. There was a little kids table and chairs in the house which my 2 year old enjoyed eating at and doing his activities on. The inside shower, as mentioned in other reviews, was small, but had good water pressure and hot water. My 2 year old and husband enjoyed the spacious outside shower after the beach. Everything was organized in a binder to know about the house and the area which was helpful as a reference. I did not need to contact Jim during our stay for any concerns, but he did check in asking if anything was needed which I thought was very courteous of him. A great place to stay makes for a great vacation, and this was one of those rentals. Thank you, Jim!

A comfortable house in a great location for a perfect vacation!

The entire process from submitting the rental, payment, prepping for our stay through leaving the house was pleasant and smooth! We loved the property setup, the house felt very comfortable and homey and we had great communication with the property owners the entire time. The location was perfect even with 3 young kids having to go back and forth to the house throughout the day. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Optimal location for the beach, boardwalk and privacy

The house is a perfect size for our family of four, including a 15 month old. You are a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk but far enough away to not hear it from inside at night. Though if you go outside and sit on the porch, you can faintly hear the action in a very relaxing manner. The rental comes with four beach passes and has its own beach cart with beach supplies. Checking in and out was simple and the owners were very quick and friendly when replying. There are two units on the property with a yard in between the houses. Each house has its own grill and picnic table outside, though you will share a clothesline. The units have clear illustrations as to where each unit parks, so you will never be in each other's way. Our kids had a wonderful introduction to the Jersey Shore and staying here made the logistics and planning so much easier. We would love to return!

Enjoyed our stay in July 2022

We had a nice time while staying at this property. Location is great short walk to beach but you need to know the alleys and shortcuts for best route. Close to Boardwalk but not too close where you get the crowds and noise. Interior was clean and in great condition. We had 4 adults, a 3 month baby and our small dogs. Did not fee too crowded but 2 more adults would have been. I recommend the place for 4 or 2 with kids & pets. Shower was small and furniture could use an upgrade for more comfort. No washer/dryer was tough for us with a baby but there is a laundromat 400 ft away but you need to bring quarters & detergent to prepare. Easy check in / check out process. Owners were very friendly and helpful with my questions about the area. You can tell they care about their house, the guests, and whether you have a good time. I loved the grill with gas line connection. No worries about a tank running out. Easy operation. I used it a lot during the week.
