we had a wonderful 2 week holiday, Sonia was great and helpful host. The house was fantastic and the pool was incredible. The mountain views from the property were absolutely stunning, would definitely book again!

Amazing few days

Amazing few days. My wife’s father doesn’t live far from this place so it was a perfect location for us to visit. You cannot beat the views. The place was perfect and was as described.

A peaceful relaxing week :-)

Stunning scenery, very peaceful and serene. Really good facilities and plenty of outdoor seating/,lounging. We had all we needed inside with a well provisioned kitchen and even some essentials for dishwashing and laundry :-) Plenty of towels and the host was so easy to contact when needed :) El Caminito del Ray is only a 50 min drive and well worth the walk.

Beautiful place

Everything is perfect. The house is fully equipped. The terrace is spectacular with stunning views. The house is perfectly maintained and clean. Yunquera as a mountain village also has a lot of character and the Sierra de las Nieves is beautiful for hiking.

Lovely Villa Near Yunquera

The accommodation was of an excellent standard. Everything worked and everything we need was provided. The WIFI was very good and we enjoyed stunning views towards the mountains. Sonia was a brilliant host and was always on hand to provide any information we required. The only downside is that the last mile to the Villa is down a very twisty narrow road and must be treated with great caution. I can't think of anything.

This was a lovely Villa, very well maintained and with amazing views. The owner is very helpful and dealt with an questions we had very quickly. The Villa itself is perfectly well equipped and was very clean on our arrival. The pool is a great size for a family of 5 as is the outdoor BBQ and terrace. The location for us was a little rural and meant our drive to the beach was around an hour, but that said, we still did the drive on 4 out of 10 days. Overall a very lovely Villa in a rural location with some great walking routes close by. Thanks

Wonderful relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay very much and meeting Sonia who was lovely. There was everything you could need for a home from home in the Spanish sunshine. The house was well equipped and fairly cool anyway but with the added bonus of A/C for the really hot days or nights of which we had a couple! Thankfully there was also the pool which was the reason we booked this for our 2nd week in the area. It was gorgeous and very well maintained by Sonia and her husband every couple of days. The outside areas were fab..a cooking area, shady area, lots of seating/sunloungers - and the views! Amazing...We loved it... would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much and meeting Sonia who was lovely. There was everything you could need for a home from home in the Spanish sunshine. What a gem!

It was the perfect holiday. It started with the first simple contact via WhatsApp. When we arrived in Yunquera, we were immediately struck by the exceptional location and the pool. The house is big enough for 4 people. The cleanliness can only be described as excellent. Many sights are accessible via winding roads and if you want to go hiking you can start right from the accommodation. All in all, as already mentioned, perfect. We would love to come back. Gracias. Nothing. Just keep it as perfect as it is.

Spectacular views, restful home-base for day trips!

If you want a restful countryside place to stay, where you can sit amongst fruit trees with your coffee in the morning and look out over a beautiful valley - this is the place for you. Spotlessly clean, a lovely pool for hot days, and excellent communication and hospitality from Sonia. House has everything we needed and more for a full 2 week stay. We used this house as a home base from where to take day trips with our 3 kids. The city of Ronda is fantastic and an hour away. As is horseback riding and amazing cave paintings from paleolithic era. Malaga and Cordoba are 2 hours away and not to be missed. Gibraltar a great day trip too. The towns nearby are also a lot of fun to explore. Yunquera itself has a very good grocery 10 mins up the road - was nice to cook our own meals on rest days. If you don’t mind driving on curvy roads- this house is excellent for a long stay and a perfect place from which to explore the region. We didn’t want to leave! The kids loved picking oranges for fresh juice every morning- something we don’t get to do in Canada. Gracias sonia for a wonderful holiday !

If you want a restful countryside place to stay, where you can sit amongst fruit trees with your coffee in the morning and look out over a beautiful valley - this is the place for you. Toller Urlaub, vorallem ruhig

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vorallem weil alles eingezäunt ist und die Hunde rumlaufen konnten, wie sie wollten. Der Kontakt zu Sonia war jederzeit gegeben. Ein paar Informationen im Haus wären nicht schlecht gewesen, wie z.B. wo bringt man den Müll hin usw.. alle drei Tage kam Antonio abends zum Pool reinigen. Kleiner Tipp, schlaft im Zimmer mit den drei Betten, da ist die Klima leise und jeder hat ein Kissen und eine Decke für sich. Sonst war aber alles perfekt und alles super sauber bei der Ankunft.

Fantastiche huis met peach tug uitzicht

We hadden een hele fijne tijd in het huis. De tuin is heerlijk met vers fruit. Voldoende plaatsen in de schaduw en de zon. Fijn meubilair, zowel ligstoelen als tuinstoelen waren comfortabel.G

Geweldig!!

De rust. Een heerlijke accommodatie om tot rust te komen. Het zwembad is groot en heel schoon. Alles qua apparatuur is aanwezig in het huisje. De contactpersonen van het huisje zijn heel vriendelijk en staan meteen voor je klaar. Ook omringt zijn door de fruitbomen, verse kruiden en groenten in de tuin is fantastisch.
