THE CONDOMINIUM
The ‘Ocean View II’ private condominium is equipped with secured entry and exit points. A porter is available 24 hours daily. There is a swimming pool at the front of the complex, which is for the exclusive use of the residents of the condominium. Also near the swimming pool is a private outdoor parking area reserved for the residents of the condominium, where one of the parking spaces can be occupied for each apartment rented. Usually there is no problem finding a space in the private parking area, but in any case, there is plenty of street-side parking.

THE APARTMENT
The large open space terrace with spectacular ocean views is furnished with an outdoor dining set, deck chairs and retractable sun canopies that cover the entire terrace. The apartment has one en-suite bedroom and two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have open and uninterrupted views to the Atlantic Ocean and have direct access to the terrace. At the entrance of the apartment there is a guest bathroom, and furthermore a charming and cozy sitting/dining room with comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen.

Appliances in the kitchen include an oven/hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, an electrical kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine, a clothes washer and a dishwasher.

SERVICES
Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided to our guests and air-conditioning and heating systems are available in each of the rooms, as well as a central radio system. A large size smart tv and dvd player are also available for guest use. 5G wifi nternet and English TV channels are also available. We offer if requested upon booking, a weekly cleaning service of the flat that includes a change of bedsheets and towels at an extra charge. We can arrange additional cleaning on a daily basis (to be paid directly to the cleaning lady) only if requested and confirmed upon booking.

On arrival and for your comfort we provide a Welcome Basket that includes a starter pack of groceries: tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, bottled water, wine, seasonal fruits, hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dish washing tablets and clothes washing detergent.
