This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for a stay away from home. It is in a great location, not far from the beach and restaurants. Brian is an exceptional host provided loads of info before the stay and on hand with any queries whilst we were there. We will be going back and I would recommend

Lovely, spacious flat. Very clean. The flat faces east so gets the sunrise. This also means it stays relatively cool which we found very pleasant. Ideally situated with easy walk to Luz, the beach, and the supermarkets. Host communication was also excellent and kept us informed of all necessary information. Many thanks for a great stay in Luz.

Beautiful property, perfect for families walking distance to centre of Luz and the beach. Apartment is beside the swimming pool and has all that you need for a relaxing family holiday. It was very clean and the host was great to deal with. Would definitely go back.

Enjoyable stay

A really comfortable apartment with great facilities. Brian the owner was very communicative and came back quickly on any query we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at St James in Praia da Luz. The flat is clean, well equipped and exactly as described. Brian was always quick to help with any questions or concerns we had. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful stay

I can only echo what has been said before, we spent 3 weeks in the apartment and it was like a home from home. With 4 children 12 and under, they felt right at home and loved the place. The apartment has been beautifully kept and Brian was only ever a text away if I'd needed him. Very family orientated, which was great as the children were able to be entertained even on the one cloudy day we had. There were jigsaws, board games, TV and DVDs. 5 stars!

Brian was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, answering any question I had in relation to the property and area. The apartment was perfect for us, spacious, equipped with everything you need to spend a couple of weeks there. We were delighted to see some books and toys for the kids too. There is no air conditioning, however there are plenty of fans. There are no views of the sea, however the balcony is great for people watching as they head down the town. Everything is within walking distance so there is no need for a car. The pool area is very well kept with a pool attendant checking people in daily. Lots of places to eat locally and beautiful beaches either a short walk away, or if you want to venture further, there are plenty to discover within 30 mins drive. The mid holiday clean was exceptional, the cleaners went above and beyond. One of the best holidays we have had.

Great location family friendly

We had a great stay at this apartment. We are a large family with babies toddlers and teens and the apartment suites us well. Location great and easy for getting into town and the beach, pool is great. If you need the cot then take a sheet and bear in mind that there is no proper mattress for the cot. We also took our own travel high chair. Balcony possibly not the safest for young toddlers so we did not use this. Otherwise the pool and town well accessed with pushchairs. No air conditioning but plenty of plug in fans which were adequate even during the recent heatwave. We have travelled to the local area for several years but our first stay in Luz as the beach is very child friendly and the ice cream shop is great!

Fantastic holiday home

We loved our stay, having previously stayed at St James in a 2 bed apartment, we decided this year we needed more room. The apartment was spacious but so homely, well equiped, clean and felt like a home from home. Brian has been fantastic also, communication has been top notch, kept us update on everything and ensured our stay was a good one! Welcome pack is very thorough. The apartment itself is very well located, just a short walk to the beautiful beach, shops and some fantastic restaurants. The pool was cold but the kids enjoyed their time splashing about. We took giant inflatables but there was lots of pool toys in the wardrobe to use too. The complex is clean and tidy and even has a little playground for the kids too. Overall we couldn’t fault the holiday. We had a fantastic break, weather wasn’t fab but it didn’t dampen our holiday! We will definitely be booking again!!

Wonderful Family Apartment in Luz

My husband and I, 22 year old daughter and 21 year old son booked this 3 bedroom apartment for our family summer holiday. We were delighted with the apartment itself and it’s ideal location within Praia da Luz. The main factors for us in choosing holiday accommodation include spaciousness, location, closeness to the beach, access to a good sized pool and reasonable price. The apartment at St James ticked all the right boxes! Communication with Brian the owner was extra helpful and enabled us to feel totally relaxed about our stay knowing that he could be contacted any time if required before and during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. As well as the pool, there were lovely cafes and restaurants round the corner and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. The beach was close by too and we enjoyed walking along the promenade most days and evenings. A few days ago we walked along the cliff path to Bergau which was stunning. The holiday was just amazing and we can’t recommend the apartment highly enough!

Well located,near praia da luz beach

No geral óptimo apartamento fiel ao anúncio. O anfitrião é muito simpático e disponível. A localização é óptima. Zona da piscina calma e agradável. O único se não foi o colchão da cama de casal que não era muito confortável.

Fijne tijd gehad in dit appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi zwembad!! Het centrum, supermarkt en strand is vlakbij. Genoten hebben we hier! Het contact met de eigenaar verliep heel goed. Kortom: Aanrader!!

Wir sind rundum zufrieden

Wir waren mit unseren drei Töchtern für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung zu Gast. Die Wohnung war mit den drei Schlafzimmern perfekt für uns. Insbesondere die Lage in Luz und der gemeinsame Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

Fewo in Luz/Algarve

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sauberen Anlage mit Pool. Die Wohnung ist etwas laut, da an der Straße, und die Müllautos schon früh unterwegs sind. Ansonsten alles vorhanden und funktionell.

Danke für diese wundervollen Ferien!

Lieber Brian Vielen Dank, dass wir in deiner wundervollen Wohnung unsere Ferien verbringen durften. Es hat alles so wunderbar funktioniert. - Top Kommunikation von Anfang an, egaö welche "dummen" Fragen wir hatten, Brian hat immer super schnell und total nett geantwortet. - Alles was gebraucht wird, ist in der Wohnung da, vom Glätteisen über Sonnenschirm, bis Sandspielzeug! Mega! - super ist auch, dass man hier buchen darf, wie man den Flug günstig bekommt, also nicht zwangsläufig von Sa-Sa wie ja sonst in der Haptsaison meist nur möglich ist. - Bei 2 wöchigem Aufenthalt, bekommt man nach einer Woche alles frisch, sauber und aufgeräumt! ( sogar die Zimmer der 3 Kids) total gut! Aldo vielen Dank, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Short stay

Lovely spacious apartment foe our family of five. Fabulous pool and perfect distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Only stayed for a couple of nights but would have happily stayed longer. Thank you.
