Casale Ferronio Apartment: Il Corbezzolo

The "Il Corbezzolo" apartment is located within Casale Ferronio, in the hills of the village of Scandriglia (Rieti).
Casale Ferronio consists of three independent apartments, each perfectly organized and equipped to accommodate up to 15 people.
“Il Corbezzolo” is one of the four apartments and sleeps up to 5 guests.
The “Il Corbezzolo” apartment is located within Casale Ferronio, in the hills of the town of Scandriglia (Rieti), surrounded by a beautiful garden.
It is located on the first floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower suitable for guests with limited mobility), a living room with a large fireplace and two sofa beds, and a kitchenette with an oven, refrigerator, and freezer.
The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, blankets, and independent heating.
The apartment has a spacious, covered outdoor area where you can relax and have lunch.
Guests have access to the panoramic pool with a changing room, washing machine, ping-pong table, and barbecue area.
The pool may be shared with other guests.
For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of €60 is required, which includes a change of sheets and towels and a thorough cleaning of the house.
The pool is open from June through September and may be shared with other guests.
Independent heating (during the winter months) is billed based on actual usage at a rate of €1.50 per cubic meter.
During the winter months, a security deposit of €150 is required for utilities.
Firewood is available for the fireplace for a fee.
