Beautiful peaceful property great for wildlife

Travel to Innyvale holiday village and discover this charming, cosy villa that's full of character. This Villa makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules and modern life. Situated in a perfect location a few minutes from Davidstow moors with Crowdy reservoir and roughtor and just a few miles from Boscastle Tintagel and the North coast.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
There are onsite tennis courts and picnic area by a lake behind the villa .For wildlife there are otters in the river inny that is to the side of the villa you may be lucky enough to see them and occasional kingfishers . Great for butterflies and dragon flies .Very little light pollution so wonderful for star glazing.


This villa has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.


There is one bathroom.
The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with shower

Parking next to Lowena on drive for 2 vehicles.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed. But you can smoke out on the patio area.
- There are on-site parking facilities available to the side of the property for two cars. Extra parking available but must be booked.
- Pets are allowed at the property.But any pets should not be left alone in the property at any time and should not be allowed in the beds unless you use your own bedding or on the furniture unlesscovers are used. There is no charge for pets ,maximum of two but there is a charity box for the RSPCA and cats and dogs home left at the property if you would like to give.If you have more than two pets please let us know, if they are well behaved we will allow 😊
There is a river to the side of the property and a lake behind where there's a picnic area and nice walk around for your dog.

Enjoy lovely walks around Davidstow moors and Crowdy reservoir or climb roughtor which are minutes up the lane. Or just a few miles from are famous North coast beaches Boscastle and Tintagel being less than ten minutes by car . Trebarwith Port Gaverne Port issac and up as far has Bude are all with in 20 minutes by car. There are buses at the end of the lane.
