Welcome to Coral Vista Suite A9, a beautifully designed condo that combines old-world charm with a southwestern touch. Perfect for couples or small groups, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities right at your doorstep.

Inside, youā€™ll find a king bed in the master suite and a queen bed in the second bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and in-suite laundry. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, and granite countertops for a spa-like experience.

Step out onto the covered patio and enjoy a cozy evening by the outdoor fireplace or grill dinner on your private BBQ while taking in the desert air.

Golf and Hiking Vacation

The property was ver conveniently located and offered quick access to I-15. The check-in process was easy and the condo was the perfect size for us. Overall, the condo was great! One suggestion would be to upgrade the master bed soon, itā€™s getting a bit worn out. We would definitely book here again:)

loved my stay we will be back

What a great property. We loved the open layout and beautiful pools and courts. My kids were in heaven in the pool and so happy to be out of our house and doing something! The full kitchens and BBQ's made it easy to grab takeout or make meals in the unit. We will be back.

Great stay

It was a great place. Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was really nice to have and heated even though it was February. The unit could benefit from having more towels- particularly to use at the pool. When we asked for extra they told us no which was a little frustrating. But overall a relatively minor thing and we would highly recommend this property.

Our stay in Hurricane

Extremely happy overall with the condo apartment and the whole complex. Only issue was many dishes & utensils were not well cleaned. We had to select what we needed & wash those before using. Also grill hadnā€™t been cleaned-dried food caked on it.

Amazing Every Time

My family and I always stay here when I'm in St. George which is about once a month. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Both pools are awesome especially with small children who can't be outside for too long. All in all just an amazing experience every time.

Home in Paradise

Our family of three absolutely loved our recent stay at Coral Springs unit A9! The unit was very clean and extremely comfortable. The beds were amazing and the black out blinds made sleeping wonderful. The location is perfect with a short drive to St George, Sand Hollow and nearby shopping. The amenities (pool, hot-tub, gym) were clean and always available. We a fabulous time exploring the surrounding parks and returning to Coral Springs to enjoy diner and relax by the pool. Planning to return and have booked for 2022!

Great location and accommodations. A bit aged and dark in the units. Could use some upgrades. The fitness facility could also use some TLC with fixing equipment or getting new weights altogether. Not impressed with lack of amenities in the unit...lack of detergent, paper products etc.. But I would consider staying again.

Perfect place!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay and were amazed at how perfect everything was. It was the perfect amount of space for 5 ppl (2 in each bed and 1 on the couch which was comfortable and big enough to sleep on) with a suitable kitchen for making meals in and great bathroom and closet space. The private patio was definitely our favorite part and we spent most of our time out there! The location is 1 hour from Zion, 2 hours from Bryce Canyon, and 2 hours from the LAS airport which was also perfect. We all would definitely stay here again!

The property was big enough for 4 people max. It was conveniently located and easy to get to from either Hurricane or St. George. The unit was clean inside although some items in the unit were worn like dishes, glasses etc. The gas fireplace was amazing and generated a lot of heat. There was a lot of bird poop in the stairwell. They don't have an elevator so you'll have to carry luggage up 2.5 flights from the garage. Overall it was a good home base for our trip.

Beautiful and Spacious

Beautiful, clean, and spacious. The recreational amenities (pool, fitness center, sports) made the stay even more enjoyable. Easy check-in/check-out system. The only downside was that wifi was very slow in the room. This, combined with poor telephone service, made it hard to put in food orders, etc. The wifi at the pool area, however, was fast, so could go there if in need of service.

Awesome place to get away

This condo served all of our needs while staying near St George. Door code provided - so no keys are necessary and no contact with management to check in or out. There are two small parking spaces underground and stairs that lead to the unit. Nice private quiet patio and quiet and clean unit facing the hillside. Bring your own pool towels and enjoy the nice pool. This unit could use some coasters in the living room. Plenty of dishes provided. Easy access to freeway to go to St George, Zion or Cedar City.

Cozy Condo

Condo was extremely quiet inside, private, and cozy for 3 people. The layout of the units/grounds is very well done with nice pools and the underground parking a plus in the Utah sun & heat. Easy on/off the freeway and an easy 10-15 min. drive to most St. George shopping, dining and activities. Extremely convenient to Hurricane, Springdale & Zion. We will definitely book a stay in this development again.

The suite was wonderful!! We mentioned we were booking for our honeymoon and received a complementary upgrade to the suite with the jetted tub! :) We also added the romance package and it was worth every penny! Sparkling Cider, a basket of goodies and bath salts were waiting for us when we arrived. The location was clean and quiet. Absolutely perfect for our private little retreat. The reserved covered parking was a bonus too! Would 100% stay here again.

Great Location and Nice Place for the Price!

The condo is pretty nice inside. There are some very noisy birds that are constantly outside but you learn to tune them out. The grounds are well maintained. The pool area is nice as well as the fun sport court areas. The condo is clean and the beds are pretty comfy. There's TVs in every room, free WiFi and having a washer and dryer is nice! Bring your own soap because they only supply you with one teeny tiny bar per bathroom and there's not a supply anywhere if you run out. In fact the manual inside the condo says... Feel free to add to our supply with your favorite brands... Don't forget to bring your own pool towels because the condo nor the resort have any. That wasn't disclosed to me before we came so we stopped at Target to get some! There is NO elevator to this place. Or not one that we could find, so be prepared to walk some flights of stairs and pack light. For the price, it's a great condo that's quiet and Private. I would come here again just better prepared!
