This place was so perfect! My wife and I had never been to Narragansett before and wanted to be close to the beach. The cottage was so clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop deck and proximity to the water. The area is nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to stay there again.

Great little house and location! It was ready and very clean when we arrived. Just blocks to a beach with other beaches a short drive away. Many restaurants in the area. One unexpected surprise was the rooftop deck with an ocean view and perfect for watching sunsets. Kerri was great to work with and promptly responded to any questions. Weā€™ll worth the stay here!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

The house was immaculate, well appointed and a very short walk to the private beach. A short walk in the opposite direction takes you to a number of popular local RI eateries. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property. I hope to be able to visit it again sometime.

Clean cozy home

The community where this home is located, is just so nice, well kept properties. This home in particular is very well kept, had all the necessary items needed for our 5 night 6 day stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Kerri was super helpful and the neighborhood is adorable. We were at the beach every day, enjoyed walks to the lighthouse and went into town. Everything was easy to access and this spot was perfect for us. It was an easy arrival / check in. We did need to bring everything with us or pick it up at the store. For the kitchen, this included storage bags, aluminum foil, cooking spices and all condiments (except salt and pepper). We loved the outdoor shower! The house is clean and just right as a landing spot for our little family of 3. Canā€™t wait to go back!

Charming, cozy and clean

We loved our stay at this adorable, cozy location. Close to everything I cared about: beach, sand, coastline, easy biking to local restaurants! The kids had so much fun on the private beach looking for crabs, swimming and fishing. This was the perfect getaway! Owner was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. I was not thrilled to have to do my own cleaning upon departure but overall the stay was so great it wasnā€™t a big deal. Definitely will be back!

cozy beach cottage

This property is in a small private beach community. The houses are very close together, but it is quiet and peaceful. everyone was very friendly. The beach is a short walk and we enjoyed the fact that the water was not rough. The house is small, but exactly as described and very clean. we love outdoor showers and this one had good water pressure. We had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Kerri is a great host and answered all my questions. She was also proactive in letting me know ahead of time that the AC was not working but she had a window unit installed. At first I was worried that the small unit would not cool the house, but it did the job and we were comfortable. This house is perfect for a couple with small children, or one couple.

Perfect Place to Stay in Narragansett and Point Judith

This was a lovely cottage with all the expected amenities and then some. Location, Location, Location. Near the lighthouse. 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 drive minute to Galilee and the BI Ferry, and30 minutes to Newport and airport. Great view from upper deck. Very clean, comfortable/cozy,. Lower deck has table for meals, grill worked great, new appliances in kitchen. Kerri made check-in and the check out easy.

Enjoyable weekend by the sea

Everything was nice and clean. It was close to the beach which was a short walk around the corner. The view from the rooftop deck was amazing. We were there for a weekend to drop our daughter off for college. We wish we had more time to spend there. The time we had was pleasant and relaxing. Would book again!

Beautiful Breakwater Village

This is a fantastic place to stay inside Point Judith's Harbor of Refuge. The breakwater / jetties mean you'll always have a safe place for kids to swim or an easy place to launch paddleboards or kayaks, with the open ocean right nearby. Easy drive or bike ride into Galilee for some of the best seafood in RI and other fun activities. Take the ferry to Block for the day. Also a bigger and beautiful state beach right nearby, not to mention lighthouse and other fun sights. The house is wonderful, perfect for a family of three to five with younger kids, a bit cozy for two couples but manageable. The roof deck is amazing, giving almost 360 degree water views. Don't forget your binoculars! We found the kitchen had everything we needed and the host was great to work with. The whole experience was great - a real gem in South County!

Excellent location!

Property was very clean and as advertised. We loved the location being just minutes from a private beach, stores, breweries, and food. Only downside is having to carry a physical key vs keypad.
