Wake up in the light-filled Master Bedroom just off the 2nd floor wrap around porch. You can make your own brew or walk 2 small blocks to our home town organic coffee shop. Bring your morning beverage to the front or upstairs porch and watch the world or the waves.

The beach is less than a two minute walk and all the chairs, beach towels, umbrellas are provided in our beach locker. Nothing extra to carry for your trip!

Organic mattresses, hotel bathrobes. A beautiful Viking kitchen - with 6 burner gas stovetop- and two separate amazing ocean view porches.

Think about it - if just 4 people rented this house to share - it would be way cheaper than renting hotel rooms with a fraction of the space!

We are looking for people that enjoy luxury and will treat our home, like their own. This is not a party house!

Request: Please be accurate in your actual number of guests when booking. We select our families carefully and prefer lower numbers of guests to high foot traffic. If you reserve saying you are 3 adults and 3 chilidren., please expect additional guest fees when we ask you for the full least of people staying at the house. All names of guests must be on our short term lease to be valid.


Please note this house is a private house, as such it has an alarm system including motion sensors and cameras both exterior and interior - not in private spaces like bedrooms and bathrooms. These are not actively monitored unless we receive a complaint or suspect non-compliance with house rules or numbers of quests. Renters who allow guests not on the lease or have more than 12 people at the house at any one time will be asked to immediately vacate the property and will receive no refund of rent or security deposit.
