Hosting three bedrooms including a double and two singles, along with a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed courtyard with decking and furniture. 33 Mill Lane is the perfect base for a holiday to the Peak District and surrounding Derbyshire countryside.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed courtyard with decking, bike storage and furniture. Two well-behaved medium-sized dogs welcome. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles

The town plays host to local music festivals and boasts a lively arts scene during May for the annual Arts festival, as well as hosting winter and summer food festivals and a monthly farmers market.
