Brand new luxury 2 bedroom fully furnished flat, in the heart of St Andrews. Our flat is the perfect base for a visit to the home of golf. You are a 7 minute walk to The Old Course, the beach and right in the centre of town.
This property can sleep up to five people, there are two bedrooms, one of which is a king size bed and the other bedroom has a single bed there is also a sofa bed in the living area. The flat has a stylish bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. On the top floor there is a private roof terrace which is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.
Amenities: high end bathroom with shower over bath. Full central heating through. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk, beach 5 mins walk.

Hi there,
My wife and I are lucky enough to live in one of the most beautiful seaside towns in the world with our 4 year old daughter Margot. Gill is originally from St. Andrews and we met in the mountains on a ski season. We have travelled the world extensively but when we thought about starting a family of our own there was only one option for where we would live.
I’m a keen golfer and more than happy to help you with any bookings or advice whilst visiting. I’m a member of The New Golf Cub St Andrews and I’m friends with local professionals and tour operators if you require any bookings whilst in town. If you are looking for company on the golf course I’m usually free and more than happy to meet up for 18 holes.
We would love to give you recommendations to make the most of your stay in St Andrews, our favourite cafe’s, restaurants, children’s entertainment, any questions just ask. A must on our to do list would be a round on the Himalayas putting green where the loser pays for ice cream at the famous Jannettas Gelateria.
This is our first season of running a holiday let so please get in touch with me if you feel I have not provided enough information or you require additional services.
We really want to make your stay as special as possible so if you have any specific requirements or requests please get in touch. If you’re here for a special occasion and would like Prosecco/flowers awaiting your arrival just let me know.
