It can host up to 6 guests: one bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The residence offers spaces designed for leisure and relaxation: children’s play area, communal garden and barbecue, shared swimming pool, shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Private parking space available. Pets are not allowed.

For bike and E-bike lovers, there is a charging point for electric cars, bikes and scooters inside the private parking area, available with a small extra fee.
