The comfortable and carefully furnished apartment of 47 m² is situated on the ground floor of a family house where another apartment for 2 people is also rented out. The accommodation is located in the tourist area of Umag preferred by visitors for its variety of beaches and coastline surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in evergreen shrubs, pine trees, and cypresses. The location is perfect for those seeking comfort and tranquility, for couples or families with children, thanks to its proximity to beaches and bathing facilities that can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The area is quiet, sunny, immersed in greenery, yet still centrally located. The tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has been held for years are 800 m away.

The property offers a beautiful fenced and well-maintained garden, a small olive grove, and two rental apartments.

The comfortable apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided. The fully equipped bathroom features a shower cabin, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, and two bathroom towels per person are provided. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove featuring two gas burners and two electric hotplates, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and cooking utensils. In the living area, there is also a sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The jewel of the apartment is the beautiful covered terrace at the entrance, furnished with garden furniture and offering a stunning sea view as well as views of a flower-filled garden. In the courtyard, available for shared use, there is a garden swing, a magnificent lawn, an olive grove, and a barbecue area with a stone table and benches, perfect for enjoying summer evenings outdoors. The garden provides direct access to the Umag seaside promenade. Private parking for one car is available in the courtyard or near the house outside the courtyard, free of charge.

The beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes (600 m). The area is quiet and sunny. The nearby beaches vary to satisfy every preference: sandy, rocky, pebble beaches, fully equipped, with the possibility of renting sun loungers and umbrellas. What makes these beaches unique is the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast, allowing visitors to find shade during the hottest hours of the day. To find your favorite beach, simply move a few hundred meters, as the beach characteristics change along the coastline. For fitness enthusiasts, outdoor gym equipment is available free of charge along the promenade.

The nearest beach is 600 m away, the grocery store 800 m away, and the restaurant 250 m away.

In the vicinity of the apartment, there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. Just 100 m away is the stop for the tourist train, which departs from the Katoro tourist resort and runs along the coast to the center of Umag and back. The center of Umag, located 1.5 km away, can be comfortably reached on foot in 20 minutes or by the tourist train.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag Pier, exploring the narrow and charming streets of the old town, visiting the newly renovated square adorned with a fountain, shopping in the town center stores, or browsing the waterfront market stalls and children's playground.

For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are numerous leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where water skiing, diving, and boat rentals are available, the Jangalooz children's adventure park and mini-golf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, nightclubs, casinos, and various boat and bus excursions.

The area is rich in renowned restaurants, simple local restaurants, pizzerias, fast-food establishments, and bars. Those wishing to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days unsuitable for the beach or for evening excursions, we recommend unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace offering magnificent views over the Mirna River valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town known for its film festival held every year at the end of July. Livade is famous for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts who wish to admire the sky and stars can visit the Višnjan Astronomical Centre, located 30 km from Umag, by appointment. Cave lovers should visit the wonderful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 km from Umag. Also worth visiting are the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited through organized excursions. Various "Fish Picnic" boat trips are organized, with fish or meat picnics included, during which you can visit Rovinj, Poreč, or Novigrad. Many tourists are also interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For children's enjoyment, visit the Istralandia Water Park, 20 km from Umag, and the Dino Park theme park in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed for both children and adults.
