A convenience mall is just a few minutes away.<br>You can rest or work from the comfort of your home, as the area is safe and quiet; you can also walk around and do your shopping.<br>The apartment is centrally located, and you’ll find neighborhood shops, supermarkets, and more, as well as a shopping center just 5 minutes away by car.<br><br>This comfortable apartment is open to guests, so feel free to make yourself at home! —The apartment has security cameras and an alarm system for your safety, so relax and feel secure!<br>The apartment has three rooms and two patios: a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a TV with internet, Netflix, and cable, a closet, and a half-bathroom; the other area (living room) with a sofa bed, table, TV with internet and cable, and a full bathroom; and a kitchen equipped with everything you need so you can cook and prepare your own meals if you wish (see attached photos).<br>- The apartment is equipped with a laundry area (shared with the kitchen): a washer and dryer for your convenience, so you don’t have to leave home.<br><br>- This apartment does not have parking available; however, you can park your vehicle on the street at no cost, or if you prefer to leave your vehicle in a parking lot, you can rent a spot for Q25.00 per night (6 p.m. to 12 p.m.) (You can request a lower rate if you stay for more than three days). This parking lot is conveniently located near the apartment.<br><br>-We have hot water for the shower.<br>-There is a bus stop a few minutes’ walk away, or if you prefer to use private transportation, you can also hail taxis, tricycles, minibuses, and vans from this bus stop.<br>-Uber service is available in Chimaltenango.<br>-Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.<br><br>About 85% of Chimaltenango’s population is made up of local Kakchiquel indigenous people. Our weather is warm, mostly sunny, with average temperatures ranging from 54 to 68 F. It is located about a 45-minute drive from Guatemala City. Antigua Guatemala is a 25-minute drive from Chimaltenango. Lake Atitlán is a must-see destination; it is located 1 hour and 30 minutes north of here. This breathtaking lake is surrounded by three dormant volcanoes and steep cliffs.<br>
