Apartment for 4 people, on the top floor and in the heart of Nerja with views of the mountains and the sea, very close to the beach El Salón Beach and the Balcón de Europa.

Two bedrooms with double beds and a shower bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Only the living room has air condition.



Enjoy more than 190 international television channels and high-speed Fiber Internet.



Child up to 6 years old can sleep for free in the parents' bed.

Summer 2024 - family of three

The apartment is in a great location, in the old town, but is modern, well-equipped and was very quiet. We particularly appreciated the small, thoughtful touches, such as handy hooks throughout the bathroom, and the presence of condiments, washing-up liquid/sponge, and even a bottle of wine.

- Availability of the agency before during and after the star - Perfect location of the appartement next to all key spot - Apartement very well equiped (air conditionning, washing machine, iron...) Adding a vaccum and dishwasher Giving more touristic details maybe with some flyers

Wonderful month-long stay

Casasol was excellent - well organized, helpful and responsive. Apartment is in a very central location, close to everything. Comfortable beds and good sized balcony with view of mountains and sea. Can't really change this but being so central comes with some noise but it wasn't too bad as you get to see what goes on on the streets of Nerja!

Top floor Centro Nerja

Great apartment lovely location right in the heart off nerja close to all amenities.Would highly recommend this company Casasol You could improve your services as regards to the loss of food when you're fridges break down as putting cheese and ham and tomato's in the freezer is not helpful.

Great location

Centrally located, 5 minutes walk to the Balcon. A supermarket round the corner and a cafe opposite the apartments, handy for breakfast. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and sheets. We ate out, only had cold snacks so never used the cooking facilities. The washing machine was great for washing towels etc and room for drying on the balcony. We didn’t find an English speaking channel on the TV but that didn’t bother us as we were out a lot. Good shower and greatly used air conditioning. Overall a really good place to stay. If I have one complaint it was that the balcony has plastic murals around it which spoilt the views but on the plus side the seating on the balcony was comfortable. Overall this is a great place to stay

Passámos uns dias fantásticos neste alojamento e não podíamos ter escolhido melhor. O Óscar foi um anfitrião excecional: super simpático, recebeu-nos muito bem, mostrou-nos o espaço e esteve sempre 100% disponível para ajudar no que fosse preciso.A casa estava muito limpa e a cozinha completamente equipada com tudo o que é necessário. Tivemos um miminho de boas-vindas: deixaram-nos vinho, água, amendoins e um kit de limpeza para a cozinha que incluía até uma pastilha para usarmos a máquina de lavar roupa, o que dá imenso jeito. O alojamento tem ainda uma varanda ótima para relaxar. Éramos um grupo de 4 pessoas e o conforto foi total. O ar condicionado em todos os quartos funcionou na perfeição e, algo muito importante para grupos, a água quente tinha ótima pressão e autonomia para que todos tomássemos banho de seguida sem qualquer problema.A localização é simplesmente imbatível. Fica a apenas uns minutos a pé do Balcón de Europa, numa zona central rodeada de restaurantes e supermercados, o que nos permitiu fazer tudo a pé.Recomendo vivamente e voltaremos de certeza absoluta. Obrigado por tudo, Óscar!

Winter stay

Clean, bright, spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and two good double bedrooms. The wine and water on arrival were very welcome and little extras like oil, salt, spices, hand wash, beach mat and umbrella were great for our stay. Not sure you can improve these things but, for us it was a rather noisy location, especially in the street below during the night. We would have really enjoyed spending more time on the balcony however during our stay the sun only got on there for an hour or so between 3-5pm

I will be back

The location was perfect, close to the church square, balcony Europe. 10min walk to nearest beach (biggestbeache max 20min walk along the sand). Great little cafe across the street and fabulous bakery on the doorstep. The only thing to improve is outside the owners control. There is a taxi rank which runs parallel to bedroom side of the building and it can be noisy at weekends to early in the morning so not able to leave windows open.

Our review of apartment

This is a well equipt, very clean and modern apartment close to the Balcon and Torrecilla area. It’s balcony catches the afternoon sun and has lovely views of the mountains. Bed was extremely comfortable which was brilliant for our 4 week stay. There was a beach brolly and mat for the beach should we have needed it and the added bonus of a shopping trolley for our visits to the local supermarket. Communication with the company was always dealt with promptly and professionally. I would be very happy to use this apartment again and recommend it to others. The only minor thing I can comment on is a personal choice of having a larger cup/mug for tea/coffee. There was only very small glass cups in the apartment however we were happy to buy some and leave them for others future use.

Piso con muebles modernos y muy bien saneado, la cocina amplia con todo tipo de electrodomésticos
