A part of the farmhouse of 50m2 is rented, which is attached to that of the owners, who live in it, but with independence both for the stay and for the entrances of the house through the street and the entrance of the house through the garden.

It has 1 bedroom with two 90cm beds, a living room with a very comfortable 1.50cm sofa-bed, which can be converted into a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, all in very good condition and very well equipped. There is a large porch with great views of the sea and mountains, surrounded by trees, carob trees, pines, fruit trees, yuccas, pitas, flowers, etc. The pool is shared with the owners, then everyone has their place to be. We all have independence. It is very well connected to the beach, 300 m away and the best known beach bars are five minutes away by car and the best known nightclubs.
Very close to all services: pharmacy, boutiques, supermarkets, hairdresser, restaurants, bus stop, bars and cafes, etc.
It is a very quiet house and area and very well connected. The field is very close and you can take some nice walks.
The house has a separate entrance from the street and access to the house has another entrance through the garden.
It has wifi, TV, fans, microwave heat pump, washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove with plates, iron.
It has access for wheelchairs.
In the house there is a lot of tranquility, without noise, tranquility is requested and not to have parties.

In the pool area there is a porch that is for the owners. Guests have their place prepared to be and sunbathe.

Dogs are allowed but with their exits to relieve themselves and not bark if they stay home alone for a little time but not all day. The tenants have to take care of them.

Electricity consumption includes €40 or a proportional part. The rest will be charged separately.
