Regarda - Nido dell'Arte, apartment in Bardolino with pool and lake view

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry that some aspects did not fully meet your expectations and would like to clarify a few points. Two days before arrival we always send a detailed document with all information about the apartment and check-in/out procedures, so the process can be smooth and stress-free. We are also available by phone at any time for assistance. Regarding the equipment, we want our guests to feel at home: in addition to towels, we provide bed linen, kitchen utensils, dishes, and a starter kit with dish soap, sponge, cloth, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, toilet paper and garbage bags. Staying in an apartment offers more freedom compared to a hotel, but also a few small responsibilities. As for visitors, we must comply with the law and register all guests with the Police Headquarters. Therefore, it is not allowed to bring additional people beyond those declared in the booking. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens in other houses nearby. Finally, the deposit is automatically released about 72 hours after departure, to allow for checks and cleaning. The time it takes to receive the refund depends on the banks, but when you contacted us, we gave you all the necessary details to clarify the process. We hope to welcome you again to make your stay at Nido dell’Arte even more enjoyable. Warm regards,Marta and Regarda Travel

Dear Anne-Sylvie, Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Nido dell’Arte! We’re happy to hear you had a great stay and appreciated the apartment’s functionality, the peaceful atmosphere of the residence, and the relaxing moments by the pool We also truly value your feedback regarding the upper bunk bed — the safety of our little guests is very important to us. We’ll make sure to clarify this aspect better in our communication and consider possible improvements. As for the oven, we’re sorry for any confusion. The apartment is not equipped with one, and this is not listed in the description. We’re not sure where this expectation may have come from, but we regret if it caused any inconvenience. We hope to welcome you again soon for another lovely break on Lake Garda! Warm regards, Marta – Regarda Travel

Dear Mihai, thank you very much for sharing your experience at Nido dell’Arte. We’re truly happy to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of the location and the stunning view over the vineyards and the dreamy Lake Garda – a peaceful, natural corner that we deeply love as well. Regarding the air conditioning, we’re glad to clarify that, as mentioned in the listing, the apartment is currently not equipped with it. However, we are already working on integrating this service for next season. In the meantime, we’ve provided a ceiling fan in the main room to make your stay more comfortable. We hope to welcome you again soon and offer you an even more pleasant experience! Warm regards from Lake Garda, Marta and The regarda Travel team
