The Emerald Sunrise Deluxe is an apartment in the exclusive "The Seashore" residence. It’s located in Calabona, one of Alghero’s coastal gems, along the coastal road toward Bosa, where you’ll find Cala Burantin, Speranza Beach, and coves that gleam like pearls. Not far from Alghero’s historic center, near one of the most picturesque viewpoints on the Coral Riviera: Balaguer Hill.

The apartment, fully air-conditioned and located on the first floor with ocean views from every room, is laid out as follows:

• double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring chromotherapy, with direct access to the panoramic terrace;
• bedroom with a queen-size bed (120 cm) and its own panoramic terrace;
• second full bathroom;
• living area: kitchenette with dining table; spacious living room complete with sofa and fully equipped TV wall (Smart TV); the large floor-to-ceiling windows provide access to the spacious terrace with glass railings, offering a view of the sea while comfortably reclining on the sofa;
• Large terrace with ocean view, furnished with a dining table and two lounge chairs—essential for fully relaxing and enjoying the summer sun or spring breeze;
• One reserved covered parking space.

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax and a security deposit of €300.00.
