Bright and welcoming holiday home in the popular Virksund area. Renovated in 2021, it features a new bathroom, kitchen, and furnishings. The large natural plot is fenced and offers beautiful planting and fruit trees to explore. There is also a spacious lawn area and a swing set for play. Around the house, several terraces allow you to enjoy the sun or find shelter and shade. Guests are welcomed into a spacious entrance/utility room with a washing machine, dryer, counter space, and storage. The heart of the home is the large open-plan living area, including a kitchen with a dining area, a lounge with TV and Chromecast for your own streaming services, and a former conservatory, now a stylish dining room seamlessly connected to the rest of the space. The living room also features a heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are three bedrooms with double beds, and a cot is available for younger guests. The bathroom has a shower. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
