The location was great, we were able to walk to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants, cathedral, hiking. We felt safe, the area was clean. The people were mostly friendly, we knew very little Spanish so communication was a little challenging at times but most people were willing to work with us. Thoroughly enjoyed out week!

The photos don't do the flat justice. It's immaculate and very nicely decorated.

There is plenty of communal space, including 2 terraces. We couldn't fault it! It also is only 5 minutes from the beach and a lovely walk through tree lined streets to the old town, but with lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearer too.

Best San Sebastián location for Central Do-it-All experience

Set up was perfect for our family. Created possibilities for private chef, but also super close to literally everything. Loved it. So perfect—and I’m picky as hell.

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable apartment that looked just like the photos. The company was great to work with and Laura at the front desk was super friendly and helpful at check in. The location is great (although be sure to find out about how to use the public elevator to get down instead of walking around the much longer route). My only complaint was that we rented this apartment specifically because it said it had air conditioning and we were visiting in late July. And while it did have AC in the living room, the bedrooms didn't - and they were stuffy and hot! We had to sleep with our doors open (not ideal with children) and even then, it was pretty hot to sleep. We think most of the year it would be fine, but the ad should have been more clear that there is only an air conditioner in the main room, not in any of the three bedrooms. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. We loved every minute of it. It ticked every box. Facilities were fabulous. Location was brilliant. Beds comfortable. We really enjoyed it. Really appreciated the soaps and washing powder that were left for us.

Checking in the office was super easy and the staff was helpful...

Checking in the office was super easy and the staff was helpful. This unit was a bit tricky to find because there are two streets named the same, except one is alto where this is located. It’s right across from the Catalonia hotel Donostia. Super clean and great amenities.

As a group of 5 young professionals from London, we enjoyed a really lovely stay at this apartment!.

Upon arrival, it was very clean and spacious. Three lovely bedrooms (two facing onto the main balcony one with an ensuite). Great location from which to explore the city, and an easy walk to and from the beach. Supermarket very nearby. Also, for any surfers reading, it was an easy 15 minute walk to Zurriola, where we had a great experience hiring boards with Hawaii Surf Shop! Thanks so much for such a lovely week

Great place!

Great place! Note that if you are planning on walking the whole time, this is up on a hill a bit, and the climb may be a bit much for some. The place is quite nice, although for me the view from the balconies gave the impression it was a bit higher up than it is. It is roughly street level in a newer neighborhood. Overall a nice place, and with onsite parking if you need which is a huge plus.

Plenty of space

Plenty of space and two balconies to enjoy the sunshine. The kettle didn’t work. There was only one toilet roll for 5 people! A welcome pack would be good, with basics. More dishwasher tablets too.

San Sebastian

Loved the location, the apartment layout and furnishings. Everything was excellent except for the internet which phased in and out regularly. It made working remotely via computer challenging.
