The Villa Timarys, Creole villa par excellence is located in the village of St Anne, in Cap Chevalier, 40 minutes from the airport of Lamentin, less than 3 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Martinique !

The Villa has :

An open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and chopper, without forgetting the Creole cookbook.

A living room with television.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms.
-The first one is equipped with a bed of 140 and a wardrobe.
-The second is equipped with two beds of 90 and a chest of drawers.
-The third is equipped with a bed of 160, a cupboard, a bathroom and a dressing room.

A storeroom with two fridges, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and a clothes line.

A terrace of 47 m², with a large dining table, two outside lounges with coffee table, without forgetting the hammock.

The whole facing the heated swimming pool of 3m x 6m with a water at 30°, its beach, its deckchairs, and its external solar shower.

In the garden shed, there are deckchairs, a barbecue and a cooler.

The villa is located in a very quiet subdivision, with a fenced area and trees of palm trees, bougainvillea, and a wide variety of local species that will allow you to spend a pleasant stay without vis à vis.

The villa is maintained daily by a quality staff.
