The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the available space. The interior is characterized by natural stone floors and a warm country-house style of furnishings, with bright, airy rooms that reflect the charm of the Italian countryside.

The main living area includes a welcoming living room with stunning views of both the sea and the surrounding countryside, a winter garden, and a loggia that floods the space with natural light. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is also located on this level, providing guests with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together. A double bedroom featuring a double bed is situated on this floor, complete with direct access to a furnished 25m2 terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun while taking in the panoramic views. This floor is also served by a bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin.

The lower ground floor houses 1 room currently configured with 2 beds, which from March 2023 includes a direct exit to the outside as well as a dedicated shower and toilet, bringing the total bathroom count to 3. Es war eine wunderbare Unterkunft! Die Familie ist mehr als nur nett. das Haus sauber und ordentlich. Das Essen in der Osteria ist einmalig!
