The condo has been recently remodeled, with new floors, granite countertops, etc. This is a great place to bring your boat or personal watercraft as there is a launch ramp and trailer storage on site which is very convenient to the condo. Also enjoy all the amenities of Ozark Mountain Resort including pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, miniture golf, walking trails, etc. The Condo is on the shores of Table Rock Lake. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Short drive to Silver Dollar City and all the activities on the Branson strip.

Family get away!

We enjoyed our stay! Rob was very nice & helpful. Location was nice just not very boater friendly. Boat parking was a little challenging. Would stay again if we came back without brining our boats.

Lots to do.

Great condo. Just the right size for two teens and two adults the second bathroom was a plus. Took advantage of the large a d small pools, and the activity room. Super easy to get to Branson and Silver Dollar City. Would definitely return.

The condo was very efficient and the bed is very comfortable. Views and fishing from the pier was excellent. Maybe we missed this communication, but there is not internet nor Wi-Fi. Also, you might want to mention the 3 flights of stairs to reach the condo.

Nice condo in a quiet area

Nice furnishings in a very pretty area. Owner sent all the information needed to check in. Made the false assumption that since this unit was listed as having stairs to access that it was an upper floor unit. It was a lower floor and the neighbors above were pretty loud. My fault, not the host’s. :)

Nice Condo, No Wifi

The condo worked out pretty good for us. There were just a few small things such as lightbulbs out in several rooms and the main tv wouldn’t move past menu screen. Not having Wi-Fi was just more of a nuisance mainly because cell service wasn’t the best either. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE and having two bathrooms made the stay so much better. There were plenty of dishes to make cooking and eating in the condo very manageable. All in all, we’d still book this again.

Not worth the money & host is a jerk

It was clean - that is the only positive thing I can say. We expected a “lower level” condo to have no or very few stairs. To reach this condo you have to go down 3 flights of very steep outdoor stairs. It IS lakeside, but there is no view of the water because the tree canopy is between the deck and the view. (which also meant swarms of mosquitoes were on the deck at all times)The WiFi never got strong enough to even use the TV - we had the blue spiral of death on every device. It was not even strong enough for streaming from my phone. The WiFi was on, but was too weak to run anything. (and cell service down in that valley only had 2 bars)Worst of all, the main bathroom tub was clogged and our host refused to repair it. We arrived on a holiday, so I politely waited until the next morning to call about getting it fixed. When Rob finally returned my call, he told us, it had been doing that for a few weeks, and if we wanted, we could call him when we got back to the condo, and he would “walk us through how to snake it to get it unclogged.” I was pretty upset by that response! We did NOT experience the lakeside views or amenities we thought we were paying for, so I would NOT recommend this property.This was our first disappointing experience with VRBO, after a decade of rentals at locations across the country.

Great place

This place was a great place and was exactly what we were looking for. We were there to fish a B.A.S.S event, everything was great, but the only thing that could have been communicated better was in regards to the boat charging situation. Other than this it was a great stay and we will look to stay again.

great location, nice property

Place was nice and updated, clean and near everything we wanted. Beds were comfortable, definitely a plus. Be aware there are 30+ stairs to get from the parking lot down to the unit.

Relaxing Oasis

This is the second time we've stayed at Rob's place. We like being away from the bustle of Branson. There's never a line to turn right into Silver Dollar City. The three comfortable beds in two bedrooms is perfect for our family. We had everything we needed.

Relaxing trip

My husband and 2 sons stayed here for 4 days while taking in the sites of Branson over the New Year Holiday. I didn’t realize how far away this place looked prior to the trip and I worried about it daily. What a waste of time. It was basically 30 minutes from every activity we were doing, and there is a well stocked grocery store just a couple of miles down the road. It was nice to make our way out of the hustle and bustle of town and relax At this condo in the evenings. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, the condo was nicer than it looked in the photos, there was even a jetted tub in the Master. My only complaint was that the master bedroom latch didn’t latch so that room could not be locked. Other than that it was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The weather was lovely and we spent a lot of time on the deck balcony.

Our stay.

Over all it was great. The coffee pot was broken and could have been a bit cleaner. We were only there during sleeping hours so for us it was ok. For someone wanting to stay in and relax I probably would of wanted it to be a little more deep cleaned. Beds were comfy and the view of the lake was beautiful.

A good pick, if stairs are OK

Just as was described in the listing. Only drawback is that this unit is 31 stair steps down from curb level. We're mobile, so no problem.
