We have returned every year since these Belle House Apartments were built and can honestly say the standard hasn’t slipped. The cleanliness, attention to detail and the service we receive are top notch. They are conveniently located in the centre of Filey with an allocated parking space which a bonus! Amazing destination

the property was exceptionally clean and tidy, the property has a nice layout and you don&#39t feel claustrophobic. The property is situated in the main shopping area of Filey and a 5 minute walk from the beach. I would also say a 2 minute walk from the best chippy in Filey situated on the same street !! A amazing stay

Fabulous location. Great facilities and parking too!

Central location and parking was a bonus! I booked flat 6 because it was the only one available for my preferred dates but although I knew it was on the second floor I did find the stairs a challenge as I have mobility issues. That said It would not stop me booking again even if the second floor was the only one available.

Another excellent stay

Its now our 5th visit this year For us these apartments do not disappoint. They are always immaculate thanks to housekeeping. For being in the centre of filey with parking they represent excellent value for money. Hopefully we will be back soon xx Nothing

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities in a central location

The apartment was beautiful. It was well decorated and everything was modern and clean. Supplied with everything you could possibly need. Good communication with the hosts too. It was all great. Couldn’t complain about anything even if I tried.

Wonderful

We have stayed in Filey on several occasions and watched these apartments being developed so we’re curious to see the finished article. We were not disappointed. Spacious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean and modern - you couldn’t fault this apartment. The location is great, parking provided and good value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Excellent apartment (and Emma was brilliant).

As always the apartment was spotlessly clean. These apartments are perfectly located in Filey. We bumped into Emma whilst out on the Monday morning, the weather was awful and we were waiting for a lift home because the clutch on my car had gone. She let us back into the apartment so we could keep warm and dry. She's an absolute star.

Perfect Escape

Third time we have stayed in Belle House apartments & wont be the last. Everything you could need has been thought of. We chose the two bedroom this time for the larger seating area. Well furnished & absolutely spotless throughout. Located close to everything, the parking is a real bonus. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Bigger sofa in the one bedroom apartments but nothing else !

- very well maintained and cleaned - high quality furniture and fittings - great central location - good private parking - good information from the property management company except that we had to phone them on arrival to obtain access as the key safe code had been changed without updating the check-in information in the e-mail or on the website
