- No need to get in the car since you can walk to all of the Whiteface Club and Resort's amenities: a championship golf course, tennis, the marina, swimming beach, kayak rentals, x-country skiing, hiking trails, miles of wilderness walks and incredible restaurants on the shore of Lake Placid. The Lake Placid Lodge, a 5 star Relais and Chateau Resort, offers Maggie's Pub and the Artisan Restaurant. Moose Lodge Boathouse is also within easy walking distance at the marina and open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day. Sit on the balcony or deck at either place and watch the sun setting on the mountains and the moonlight rippling on the lake. The golf course club house offers a pub and meals throughout the golfing season with limited services in winter for cross-country skiers.
- We offer a bright, spacious and charming 2 bedroom condo that is perfect for 4-5 guests, but can sleep 6. The condo is filled with light, has a wood burning fireplace, outside deck, two slate bathrooms with heated floors, one with a jetted soaking tub and the other with a lovely shower. Full kitchen with granite counters, high end appliances, wood floors and numerous Adirondack features to make you feel surrounded by comfort and beauty. Every convenience for your enjoyment.

- Two supermarkets and shops are 1 mile from the condo making this location both very convenient as well as very rural, set in the six million acre Adirondack Park. Downtown Lake Placid is 2 miles away with shops, restaurants, galleries, a movie theatre, the Olympic Arena, the horse show fairgrounds, ski jump and bobsled run. Downhill skiing is 20 minutes away at Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
- Cape Air flies to Saranac Lake Airport, 8 miles from the condo. Direct flights are scheduled several times a day from Boston. The flight takes a little over an hour.

CLEANING PROCEDURES: We have all bedding, including pillow protectors, linens, blankets and towels sent to a commercial laundry. The condo is cleaned after each guest following the Vacation Rentals Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) and the Vacation Rentals Management Association
( VRMA) Guidelines .

SHORT TERM RENTAL CERTIFICATE: We have a Short Term Rental Certificate #200037 that is issued annually by the town of Lake Placid , NY.
