Villa Schiaffino is a seafront house in the heart of the town of Deiva Marina: 5 minutes walk from the train station and very close to several restaurants and cafes. The apartment has two private balconies, shared garden and a covered parking space in the basement of the house where an elevator will lead you to your apartment. Thanks to the two double rooms, it is the perfect apartment either for a family vaction or for two couples. Even flawlessly for a couple hunting for spacious and comfortable living space. Deiva Marina is a quiet holiday resort halfway between Portofino and Cinque Terre. The merchant family Schiaffino from Genoa built the villa in 1925 as their holiday resort. Originally it was built as a stylish “art nouveau” villa, surrounded by palm trees just in front of the seashore and near the ruin of a watching tower from 1560, which still stands up on the western border of the garden. The old villa was demolished in 2017 and completely rebuilt in May 2020, but its exclusive typology and decoration will be reproduced using new performant material
