Lovely apartment in the Capistrano area of Nerja

Wonderful apartment with all amenities including heated tile flooring for those cool nights. Very quiet area just far enough out of the centre. Town centre can be reached within a 30minute walk and a few stairs. There are a few restaurants and bars close to the apartment if needed. The kiosk wasn’t open when we were there so it was very quiet. The only negative would be if you’re not very mobile or in a wheelchair it may not work for you. Otherwise we loved it and the sunny deck. Would highly recommend.

Well maintained and equipped apartment in great location

I would have rated this apartment as a 5 star, it was in a good location equipped with everything you would need, comfortable and very clean nevertheless on being disturbed during sleep, I went to the toilet and watched two cockroaches come from under the bed!!!! Which resulted in my husband sleeping on the sofa and me with my daughter. The next morning I contacted the owner who explained the area had recently been fumigated driving the cockroaches out, he had the caretaker come that day to put down poison which worked and drove the cockroaches out from under the bed to die. I understand this is a common problem in Spain and not the owners fault but…..it was an unpleasant experience and left us without a double bedroom for two nights. I think it’s also important to point out the dining table and chairs are placed near three concrete steps which are white and tiled like the floor, on getting up from the table I didn’t anticipate them being there as they merged in with the floor tiles so on two occasions I tripped on them and cut my lower left leg twice once bruising it badly. Also both my husband and I banged our heads in the downstairs toilet as there was a sloping roof and again knocked our heads on the lampshade over the dining room table. Whilst I mentioned these incidents I’m sure those who are used to the apartment are more aware of the surroundings as we all are with our own homes and quirks they may have. In all a beautiful apartment.

Regarding the cockroaches, it is the first time we experiance this in our apartment and regarding fumigated in the area, yes it is done on the outside areas an public places in the area. Since this year was one of the hotest summer on a long time and it is especially in very hot summers that cockroaches are seen in Oasis, in our 10 year in Oasis this is our first time we discover this. Regarding sloping seeling etc. yes the charm with the Oasis area is that there is not any apartment that look similar to another. Sehr schöne, gut gepflegte, saubere, voll ausgestattete Wohnung und schöner Terasse in einer super schön gepflegten Anlage mit Pool. Wir waren im Herbst da und es wahr sehr ruhig und chillig. Fussläufig zum Strand Buriana in Nerja oder auch in die Altstadt, der Weg runter an den Strand ist allerdings nicht ganz ohne (man sollte einigermassen gut zu Fuss sein) und in der Nacht eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cet appartement. Les photos et descriptions dans l'annonce correspondent à la réalité. Logement situé dans une propriété au milieu d'un jardin splendide avec piscine. Tout est très propre et soigné. Appartement bien équipé. Communication avec le loueur impeccable. Im Paradies gelandet

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in der Ferienanlage Oasis del Capistrano und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber und mit einer guten Wohnungsaufteilung. Bei Rückfragen haben unsere Ansprechpartner Ursula & Fredrik umgehend geantwortet und sich auch in unserem Sinne um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Ein Fußweg von 18min führte runter zum Meer (man sollte hier in der Lage sein auch auf etwas Schotter und Geröll zu gehen; mit Badelatschen nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert). Man muss sich auch darüber im Klaren sein, dass es in Nerja bergauf, bergab geht - für uns hat das kein Problem dargestellt, wir fanden das toll. Erwähnenswert ist es aber für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, denen ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Schöne Restaurants und die Altstadt sind ebenfalls nur einen Spaziergang von 20-30min entfernt. Wir konnten einen ruhigen und beschaulichen Urlaub genießen und kommen gerne wieder.

Vistelsen i lägenheten

Hej! Bra lägenhet, sköna sängar och rikligt utrustat kök. Uppskattar tillgången till gasolgrill. Att parasoll och solsängar fanns. Om det går att komplettera med bärbara solstolar, så skulle det vara väldigt bra, då vi gillar strandliv. Tips ta bort hyllan på den nedre toaletten ovan WC-stolen, används inte, men kan vara direkt farlig. Eftersom vi hyrde lägenheten i 6 veckor så är det bra med dubbel uppsättning sänglinnen och handdukar, trots att tvättmaskin finns. Gärna en extra förlängningsdosa för el, hade med en egen denna gång, eftersom jag i detta fallet jobbade på distans vissa dagar. Helhetsintrycket väldigt bra, vi kommer att hyra denna lägenhet igen. Hej Seth! Vi är glada över att höra att ni har trivts bra i vår lägenhet och i Oasis området. Vi noterar era nedan punkter och nämner bara att bärbara solstolar fungerar inte när man hyr ut då de kommer tillbaka söndriga men det går fint att köpa nere vid stranden för några euro. Gällande extra sängkläder så bara säg till nästa gång ni långtidshyr så fixar vi detta till er för alla bokningar längre än 4 veckor. Vi vill tacka er för denna hyrestiden och så hälsar vi er varmt välkomna tillbaka till vår lägenhet en annan gång. Med Vänliga Hälsningar Fredrik och Ulrika

As it says An Oasis

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, very well equipped and super clean. Comfortable beds and a super comfy sofa. Showers were great although the downstairs bathroom is a little on the small side. The veranda is large enough for a family to sit and eat although at the end of September it is closer to 13:00 before the sun come round for sun bathing. The complex pool is great although again the grassed area around the pool is a little small and would probably get very busy in the high season. The only two let downs for us was that the bar are was only open for a few hours in the afternoon from around 14:00 and the short route (800 meters) to the beach is down a track that gets quite steep as you get close to the beach. This is a great place for a relaxing holiday with some fabulous restaurants on the beach front. Top tip from me is to fully enjoy this place you will need a hire car.
