Casa Camelies apartment close to Park Guell - FREE WIFI

Dear guest, thanks for your feedback! We need to underline a little mistake: both tourist tax and cleaning fee are mentioned and you had the cleaning fee included in the total amount stated on VRBO.

Dear Judy, as we had mentioned already on the day of your departure, all the issues you have mentioned could have been solved within 30 minutes, as we actually did. The only one that is very personal is about the mattress: it has a foam topper to make it more comfortable for guests who prefer it softer, not because it's sagging, otherwise we would replace it. The blind could be closed by turning the stick which controls it, but since you left without even waiting for our reply, we could not show it to you. The kettle has been replaced (nobody had mentioned about the leak before), we wish you had given us time to come and deliver it on the same morning you decided to leave. You mention a hazardous light fitting (not reachable by hand and actually fixed in 3 minutes) and the coffee maker works perfectly, perhaps you were not practical with the easy functioning, but we leave instructions about it. Very sorry, but we would have loved to have the possibility to come and assist, without you having to leave the apartment, which has had great reviews before and after your stay.
