Chalet Santa Ana 7 is a fabulous holiday home located on the front line of the Playa del Inglés car park. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has privileged views of the beach and the ocean and is equipped with a private Jacuzzi (with a surcharge), as well as a large shared pool.
Chalet Santa Ana 7 in Playa del Inglés is undoubtedly a property to enjoy a well-deserved vacation in a very quiet environment and a very difficult to improve location. It is located a few meters from the sea, the promenade with its restaurants and supermarkets and the golden sand of the Maspalomas Dunes.
This duplex is newly remodeled and has 2 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (both with shower). It is a very nice and comfortable house with two terraces and great views of the sea. A place to enjoy a barbecue in the garden, Smart TV and free high-speed internet. It also has a spacious living room with air conditioning and an equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and washing machine.
This residential complex has a pedestrian access to the upper part that communicates with the center of Playa del Inglés, where in 15 minutes you can reach the Yumbo Shopping Center and all the amenities you may need.

Welcome and personal key handover until 8 pm.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Use of the jacuzzi has an extra charge per week.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A 500€ deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
