Lovingly restored grade II* listed 4,500sqft open concept unique barn with 40ft ceiling set in the Essex countryside will simply make you go WOW in the words of George.

The entire property is exclusively yours during your stay however the barn also currently acts as a home (including dogs) so personal belongings are present/stored away so your consideration and respect is appreciated. Since it is a 17th century barn in the Essex countryside occasional spiders do live here also. Whilst cleaning & sanitisation is constant a cobweb can appear overnight. Linens and towels are provided (I do not purchase new towels for every stay but are laundered to guidelines) if you wish to bring your own please advise before your stay.

The kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and an induction hob for cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (cooking utensils and kitchenware is not purchased new for every stay). If you prefer not to cook it’s ideal for a private chef. Recommendations can be provided.

There are 3 outdoor spaces to enjoy and a pond so please make sure children and pets are supervised. My garden area is currently undergoing landscaping with the aim of installing an extra room/outdoor kitchen and hot tub (please note construction has not commenced)

Ideal for family get togethers, filming, photo shoots, unique corporate offsite meetings. Neighbours are in close proximity so unfortunately I do not allow parties or sound systems.
