It's great to hear that the house was suitable for all ages and that your mother was able to manage the stairs with a little assistance. The bar and games room, as well as the sitting room, are useful in providing different spaces for different activities and interests, and it's great that there was always somewhere peaceful for when the children were playing. It's also lovely to hear that the children enjoyed the garden, despite the Easter egg incident with the squirrel! The property is well located for a walk to the beach along the footpath through the woods, and so it's always a bonus to have sunny weather during your holiday.
