This 1,000 square foot condo, located at Lakeside Village in Huntsville, Utah, can accommodate 7 guest with a master bedroom (sleeps 2) and a loft (sleeps 5). There is 1.5 baths, kitchen, living room, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, internet, satellite TV, and DVD player. This unit is located next to the clubhouse that has a hot tub (FROM 12/01/20 THRU CURRENT, THE HOA HAS CLOSED THE HOT TUB), pool table, and foosball table and provides hours of entertainment for all ages. CURRENTLY, THE HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONING. The pool is normally open from Memorial Day to Labor day - pool hours are 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Lakeside Village has the closest accommodations to Snowbasin Ski Resort (10 minutes) and is also located within 30 minutes to renowned Snowmobile area Monte Cristo and Hardware Ranch. Also located nearby is Powder Mountain Ski Resort and Nordic Valley Ski Resort (Nordic Valley offers night time skiing). Lakeside Village is located on the shores of scenic Pineview Reservoir and just a short drive away is the beautiful Causey Reservoir.

Exactly What We Where Looking For

Wonderful place with all the small details taken care of for us. Very close to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain both are great places to ski!

Clean and nice amenities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable and clean condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. The owners are super organized and provide lots of info about nearby restaurants and activities as well as providing amenities many other rentals do not provide like coffee, shampoo/soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, etc. we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Awesome Get-away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the lake and right across from the tennis courts and pool. The condo was super comfortable and clean. Everything we could possibly need was right there. We really needed a relaxing get-away for a few days and we found just that! We will be back! Thank you!

Cozy beach house

Worried when we first came if all 7 of us would really fit - found the pull-out bed under the bunk beds and it worked! Lovely to be so close to the beach and to the clubhouse and Jacuzzi. Kitchen is a little small for any huge family meal prep - we kept it simple and ate out and took turns sitting at the counter. Loved having a washer/dryer and plenty of shampoo and conditioner and toilet paper and trash bags and toys and games provided!

Awesome, spacious condo close to Snowbasin

We had a great stay and really loved the fireplace -so cozy!! The condo is very convenient to Snowbasin. Lots of room to spread out and the beds were comfy. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We were happy to be close to the hot tub but we were too tired out from skiing to try it out! Excellent communication with the host. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Relaxing and safe place to stay

Stayed here for two months as a short term rental and it was very homey and relaxing. While a place to stay until I could find permanent housing, was still nice to come home to at night and weekends and feel like I was on vacation! Very safe and secure with gated community and controlled access in and out. Had a couple maintenance issues arise while there and Jason was very prompt about addressing the issues and was very communicative about when he would be entering to get the repairs done and made sure to make it an option for me to be present while repair was done, if I desired. Would definetly stay here again if need ever arose again!

Great host!

Nice location on the lake. I was concerned about traffic noise being so close to the main road - there was none whatsoever. There were some problems with the gate into the facility (not the host's problem - it was a new gate system and was causing lots of problems.) Jason was great at following up with the facility managers and keeping me posted. Thanks, Jason!

Cozy place close to Snowbasin Resort

We had a family of 4 (3 adults and a 17-year-old) in town to ski at a Snowbasin Resort. The location was super convenient (a 10 minute drive) and the small kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals during our stay. We also explored some of the local restaurants including Eats of Eden, Carlos and Harleys, and Mad Moose Cafe (all were delicious). We had a few hiccups during our stay that were outside of the owner’s control (the HOA didn’t issue our code to enter the property and we had a power outage) but he was very responsive and helped us work through both issues. We enjoyed the nice gas fireplace every night. Since we were skiing, it really would have been nice to have the hot tub available but we knew it wasn’t when we rented the place. Overall, this place suited our family’s needs and was a good experience.

Great fun at the beach on Pineview Reservoir

We had a great time this week at the condo. It has just enough beds to fit our family of 7 (two of the boys had to sleep in the double bed - it builds character). The second bedroom is actually the loft, so we had to time our living room TV watching to avoid the time the little boys were trying to fall asleep. Also, there are sports for three at the counter bar, plus there’s a side table that opens to seat four, but it only has two stools. It was somewhat inconvenient to set up and take down for each dinner, but it worked. Plus, the main reason we were there was the reservoir. All in all a great time for the whole family. Lots of fun memories made.

Okay Property

The location was great to Snowbasin for our ski trip. The cleanliness was okay, the hot water runs out quickly, and the hot tub was broken and has been for awhile which was disappointing to only find out after we booked. The property manager was very responsive which was great.

Great Time!

This was the perfect place for my little family! The king size bed was so comfortable! The little loft area was perfect for the 3 of my kids to have their own space to themselves! The beds that were provided in the loft was perfect. Everything was easy to find and know what we needed to do! Also ga r lots of fun ideas of things to do in the winter that gave us the idea of coming back again during a different season.

Great location and close to the lake!!!

We loved our quick trip to this condo which is just steps from the beach. They even had gear you could use at the beach which was super helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Great place!

We had a great stay here. It’s an older unit, but very well maintained and super clean. The furniture and carpet appear to be quite new and the beds are very comfortable. We went skiing at Snowbasin and loved it being only a 10 minute drive away. Jason gives you a very helpful online , and hard copy, packet of information, including everything you need to know about the condo, fun things to do in winter and summer, and several ideas of places to eat. When we had questions he emailed us back promptly. This was a great place for our weekend escape!

Second floor unit with carport parking right out front. Convenient location near clubhouse. Bedding is very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked and included a Keurig Coffee maker w/k-cups (but no drip coffee maker). Would be five stars if the wifi was more reliable/faster and reached into the bedroom (I tried to unplug and let router reboot but had continued problems) and if it had a drip coffee maker.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

The Barton’s thought of everything when they furnished this condo. It’s professionally decorated and just beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to make your stay feel like home. It’s located only 10 minutes away from Snowbasin ski resort.

We are a local Utah family that enjoys this little piece of paradise on a regular basis. Located 30 minutes from our own home, we have a short and scenic drive that leaves all our troubles behind!
In the summer we enjoy the lake with our boat, and in the winter time enjoy skiing and snowboarding.

Conveniently located in a beautiful setting. We've looked at purchasing in this area for over 5 years - when we ran into this little gem, we immediately knew this is the place we had been looking for - a relaxed, accommodating, next to the lake, next to the ski resorts, and in the middle of a beautiful outdoors getaway.
