Property is as described in a nice spot about 15 mins walk from Latchi, a harbour village with nice restaurants.

An excellent place to be!

We had a very nice time, the service was excellent, the amenities very good, the view splendid. We recommend this house, it is ideal for family vacations, with quiet environment, very good equipped, a nice pool. The Cypriot owner is very kind and carries the local hospitality with joy.

We had really lovely and relaxing stay.

A really lovely and relaxing stay.We loved the pool and the view from the villa.Was great to meet Chris (the owner).Great meals especially at the Herb Garden in Polis. And great drives along the spectacular coastline.Hope to be back here later in the year.

Clean villa, owner very attentive and helpful,cleaner lady very nice and politeThe villa while quite well equipped was a little dated and some things need removing that were broken and not needed,pool was great and owner always cleaning and cutting grass,he was a very nice chap.throws covering furniture and beds need to be washed between guests and obviously weren’t done for a long time,shower curtains were mouldy and needed cleaning or replacing.The other main thing was that we were told the villa was suitable for a partially disabled person and had a walk in shower;This was not the case as the showers were over two bath tubs,it was just lucky that my disabled mother was unable to go with us due to ill health.if the owner replaced one bath tub with a walk in shower with hand holds then it would be great for disabled people too! As the villa is all on one level.its really a nice quiet place to stay,just needs updating, internet good and villa access good, clean towels replaced every week,pool towels need replacing with new ones as they hardly had any toweling left on them.kitchen well equipped .all in all a very nice place to stay in a quiet secluded location near the harbour of Latchi

A great place to stay, a short distance from the seafront

The villa was excellent. It was a great size for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), had a big kitchen and a great pool. We were very happy being a short distance (approx. 1km) from the seafront and supermarket, and it was really good to have space around the villa.

Peace and open space

We had a very nice stay at Villa Vines. Located amongst vines and fruit trees we had a totally peaceful holiday here. Just 3-4mins by car to Latsi centre and beach. Good price for quality of accomodation in May.

Great stay...

Good villa with light and spacious rooms and a lovely owner. Set in a wonderful location - very secluded, surrounded by vines, cicadas and birds so endless sounds of nature! :-) Will definitely return - ASAP!

I recommend!!!

A wonderful house located in beautiful surroundings. The house has everything you need, it is very comfortable! There is also a lot of space to spend time outside (by the pool). The location of the house gives 100% privacy, peace and quiet. Brilliant for both families with children and a group of friends. I recommend!!!

So hard to leave....

Love this villa! Location is quiet and rural with wonderful views and the villa is spacious with a real 'home' feel. Not the most modern perhaps but it has everything you could need for a perfect holiday as well as a friendly and caring owner.

Everything about this place is perfect

Christos the owner of the villa was brilliant. Everything about this place is perfect and we had the best holiday with our 3 little ones. Couldn’t fault anything. The only constructive feedback I could think of would be to have a gate between the driveway and the pool, but that’s because we have a toddler! We will most certainly be returning to this amazing.

Very pleased!

Good villa in a great location. Completely secluded and surrounded by vines, trees and wildlife - especially very vocal cicadas and birds. :-) We had a lovely time and the problem we had at the villa on our arrival was sorted immediately by a very efficient EOS person along with the friendly and helpful owner.Spent 17 lovely days there but it still wasn't enough.

An excellent holiday villa

The Vines is a spacious 3 bedroom house a short hop from the beaches of Polis. The owner, Christos, is a courteous msn and is very attentive of his guests should any need arise. The view of the sea is nice and the house has great openings to enjoy the evening cool breeze.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen erholsamen zwei wöchigen Urlaub mit wunderbaren Meerblick in der Villa Vines. Ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen. Christos ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Wenn was gebraucht wurde war er sofort zur Stelle.
