This cozy and bright apartment is ideal for families and couples as it has capacity for 3 people, distributed in a nice bedroom with views, double bed and open to the living room, which has a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, a nice terrace where you can relax and a bathroom. With Wifi Fiber Internet, parking space and a unique location in front of the sea, with a beautiful black sand beach. Ideal for lovers of the sea and water sports as well as for mountain lovers.

The property has a fridge, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Wifi fibre internet, television, cot and high chair. In the urbanisation there is a solarium area and communal parking space and direct access to the beach.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the access route from Playa Chica to Las Gaviotas Beach remains closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

In addition, the access road to the area is currently undergoing roadworks. The accommodation remains accessible, although access may be slightly more difficult due to a section of single-lane traffic and temporary roadworks signage, including a ‘Residents Only’ sign. If you have a booking at our accommodation, you will be able to access it without any problems.
