The Beach House is designed with big families or large groups in mind with very nice finishes. Pirate’s Treasure has granite countertops thought. The house is built with 10’ high ceilings throughout with a cathedral ceiling in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind and has plenty of room, stainless steel appliances, and large French door refrigerator with 2 ice makers, lots of counter space and a large 9’ granite island that seats 5 people. Big, fully stocked kitchen with cookware, flatware, dishes, utensils, etc. Dishwasher, Stove with Oven and Glass Cooktop, Microwave, 1 large Refrigerator, 2 small refrigerator and small freezer, Keurig Coffee Brewer, Blender, Toaster Oven The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room area so you can still be part of the group while you cooking a meal. The living room has a large 70' Samsung Smart flat screen TV, AppleTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo with iPod Dock. There is lots of Seating with 3 extra-large leather couches. We have an Outdoor Kitchen with a 5 burner large gas grill. There is a large 12’x42’ covered porch to stay out of the sun and a 22'x42' uncovered deck great for parties and get togethers. Picnic Table and Adirondack Chairs on the Deck This outside deck area you can really enjoy the fantastic views and hear the waves on the beach. We have plenty of parking both on the concrete under the house and in the large driveway for 10 cars. Trash Pickup Twice Weekly. Board Games, Puzzles, Cards, etc.
