This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, with an area of 55 m², it has the perfect capacity for 5 people.
It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, and the other with a single bed, and a total of 2 bathrooms with shower.
Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa and a lovely sitting area next to a small dining room, with an open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The apartment is equipped with wifi, a great choice.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
