This beautiful villa Luminosa is located a few steps from the sea, completely immersed in the tranquility of nature of one of the resorts on the Ionian coast of Lucania: Il Borgo San Basilio.

Sunset House is located on the second floor of one of the “towers” that make up the suburb and, thanks to the large veranda that overlooks the panorama of the Lucanian countryside, it also allows outdoor dining.
An apartment that allows you to choose whether to take a dip in the pool or in the sea, in fact, it is only 800 meters from the latter and therefore can also be reached on foot or by bike, thus parking the car in the reserved parking of the apartment. Thanks to the services of the Borgo all guests can also benefit from the free shuttle to the beaches, entertainment for children and adults as well as tennis and soccer fields in the village.
