Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio .

Small building in its own right with a beautiful pergola equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.
Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Important notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of € 50,00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be refunded before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20,00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
