We have stayed at Sea Soray for many years. This condo was no different and was wonderful! Kitchen was atocked well except the can opener. Hahaha. Take one with you. There were an amazing amount of towels available so it helped us not need to do laundry quite as often. View perfect. Lots of seating and available space. We had a wonderful experience!

Perfect Getaway

Decided on a last minute getaway and the condo was perfect. Great views of the dolphins every morning, well equipped kitchen, beautiful decor, very clean and nice attention to the small details.I would recommend this condo as a great getaway option.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed the condo very much. Plenty of towels and pleasant artwork. The bathroom near the king bed had a sluggish toilet and the shower/tub was slow to drain. The condo was very clean. We had some trouble with the setting on the living room tv. It would be nice to have some instructions on using the remoti. Also could use soap dishes in both bathrooms.

Perfect for family getaway!

This is a lovely condo with a great view of the Gulf! Perfect for our family of 4 -including two teens. We all loved the pool, fitness center and of course the beach! Very close to many restaurants and shopping!

SeaSpray condo

We enjoyed the stay. I would recommend the owners replacing the mattresses! They were very outdated and my back hurt the entire week! I would also recommend a key code entry to the condo. Keeping up with a key was rather Annoying. But overall it was nice! The beach was private and easy access the the beach!!

Quick Getaway!

This property is very nice! Close to FloraBama, which is where we were going for a concert. The rooms were clean and the master bed is very comfy! We didn’t use other beds so I can’t comment on them. There was plenty of furniture in the living room which was also very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with anything one would need!

Perfect weekend beach trip

Loved the proximity to the elevator, beach and pool access. Management was very responsive when we discovered the tv was broken.

Perfect beach trip

This place is perfect for a family beach trip. It is centrally located for grocery needs. The beach was a 2 minute walk down a pier. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Comfortable, Clean Beachfront Condo

Seaspray East/West condos are steps away from the beach. This unit in particular was clean and cozy and has all you need to enjoy a beachfront getaway. Make sure you bring your own beach chairs!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful. Everything was clean & tidy. All utensils where in kitchen, so nothing was needed. Restaurants & stores close by condo. It was quiet area when we stayed, so hearing the ocean was wonderful!

add BBQ pits, oil the bedroom door hinges, one of the bedroom doors does not close properly, fix the family room fan so it does not wobble, Also fix the family room fan to run flowing air down, change to a smart tv in the family room.

Cozy Condo Overlooking the Beach

We really enjoyed our week stay at this condo in SeaSpray West. We have stayed in this building a couple times before and like the pool and the less crowded, pretty beach. The condo was very nice with comfortable furniture and a great view. The ocean did have a lot of seaweed at times and a few jellyfish this week. It wasn't bad though, and the beach was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property!

Perfect for my family. Will be booking again! My only suggestion would be to add more places to sit on the balcony. Possibly a table for meals.

Disappointed with Property Management not Condo

Condo was great. Everything as advertised. Property management closed pool (Friday) last day of vacation--- Sunny Day. Storm coming Sunday. We save our money for a yearly vacation and were very disappointed. Property Management closed work out room with no notification. Recent knee surgery I needed to ride the bike and that is why I chose the facility. Also the step down to the beach from walkway was dangerous especially when someone has had recent knee surgery.

Rental process was easy.

Rental process and check in was easy. Beautiful area. Enjoyed the beach. Daily staff contact wasn't good as they seem unhappy to be helpful. Beach service and staff really didn't see much.

Perfect location

This is our second time to stay in this building, and we'd love to stay again in the future. This condo was very clean and check-in was easy. We really appreciated having the two larger beds in the master bedroom. This makes it easier when you have children/teens. The only complaint is that the main sliding door onto the balcony did not open. When we contacted them about this, we were told they were waiting on a part to fix it. So hopefully the door opens for future guests. We used the small door to access the balcony, but opening the larger main door would have been easier. Regardless, the condo was clean and welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable! SeaSpray is a great building for families.

Great Location and So Clean

Loved staying at this property. My wife is stickler for cleanliness and kept remarking now clean the condo was. It was definitely one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in on the Gulf Coast and it was much appreciated. Loved the views of the beach and ocean. The pool was perfect for our 2-year as she could walk in to a depth with which she was comfortable. Really enjoy the lower key feeling of Perdido Key. One with would be more Tupperware for storing meals but that is a very small quibble. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had numerous towels and washcloths. Really enjoyed this rental.
