Orosei Country house immersed in the tranquility of a eucalyptus grove

Country house surrounded by a 7500sqm grove. It is a house of about 70sqm with living room with kitchenette and wood stove, a bathroom with washing machine, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom that can be converted into a triple or double bedroom (to be requested when booking). Outside, a splendid veranda, where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama overlooking the sea and lots of silence. The only noise is the song of birds and cicadas. Near the veranda there is the barbecue where you can enjoy the roasts.
It is about 1 km from the sea, 7 km from Orosei, 3km from the village of Sos alinos, a few steps from Cala Liberotto. You can take relaxing walks in the middle of nature. A few minutes by car is the town of Orosei with a beautiful historic center. On the last Sunday of May the Feast of Santa Maria is celebrated. The characteristic element is the procession. This part, around 5 pm, from the parish church, the simulacrum of the saint is brought by the brotherhoods and groups in traditional costume to the bridge over the Cedrino, the statue with the priest and the confreres take place on the boats infiored by the fishermen. The boats a fortnight sliding slowly along the river reach, after 2 km, the church near the mouth. the rest of the procession accompanies the boats on foot along the embankment.
Evocative to see the RITES of Holy Week, the most spectacular ceremonies are the three processions that take their name from Sos Sepurcos, Su Brossolu, S'Incontru and which take place respectively on Thursdays, Fridays and Easter morning.
On May 15 there is the feast of S. Isidoro. On the second Sunday of September there is the Sagra della Madonna del Rimedio. On 16 January a large bonfire is lit in honor of the S. ANTONIO del Fuoco. A few km away is the wonderful Bidderosa oasis to the north, the Su Barone oasis to the south. At 20km you can visit the Bue Marino caves
