Not all vacation rentals are alike! I have been in the vacation rental business for over a decade. You will find I have opened my personal home to accommodate your needs. My home is not just clean it's emaculate. You will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the views out the windows along with the furniture are oh so relaxing. We are 3 minutes from the light rail and 35 to 45 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from I-25 or hiking and biking along the Highline canal. This trail gives you spectacular views of the mountains, nature and weaves through out the metro area.

The bathrooms are newly remodeled, you will love them. The tub is 20" deep and you cna view the stars under the skylight. The master bath also has a skylight and a shower with a rainfall head, wand and 2 jets. You have to experience this setup!

You can enjoy the entire spacious 3500 square foot 2-story home with gardens circling the home, WiFi, meditation pyramid large enough to sit under, hot tub under the stars and close proximity to the interstate and shopping.

This is a quiet family neighborhood which is safe and secure. You will find people will say hello when you are enjoying your lunch under the pergola or watching the sunset from the front porch.

You will be 3 minutes from the Light Rail, Orchard station, located near I-25 and Orchard.
It will only take 35 to 40 minutes to reach Denver International Airport.
Bike and walking trails along the High Line anal are just down the hill.

We came to town for a friend’s wedding and this house was perfectly located for all of the events we had over the long weekend. Marnie was incredibly responsive and her home was beautiful!

A slice of heaven

We had a wonderful stay. The home is spacious and comfortable. The backyard is a peaceful oasis for morning tea and coffee. We were in town for a family wedding and this was a great location. Our host was very welcoming.

40th Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed staying here. The home was comfortable, clean, roomy and nicely decorated. The owner made herself available for contact should it be needed. We would definitely rent this home again.

Neat House—Lovely Area

I came in with my two daughters for a softball tournament and was really happy with the property and the owner. It was not central to anyplace we played or where any of our team stayed, but the house and location were terrific.

I enjoy meeting my guests when our schedules permit. I did not meet Rob face to face but we did travel to one of the girls games and it was fun to see them play. This is the 4th year that we have had guests for the girl’s softball tournament. Great fun

Yes it is like 2 houses in one. When I lived there with my family I could entertain the adults while the kids played and we never heard them. I don't know if that'a good or bad. :) but we all had a good time. Thakns for staying with us and letting me know what you liked.

Great location !

Great location - near to Denver, attractions, mountains etc. Great neighbourhood. New mall - Streets at South Glenn was an added bonus - cinema and restaurants really close by. House had lots of space, comfy beds, lovely backyard. It was nice to have such a peaceful place to come back to after our hectic days out. Marnie is a great owner to deal with - she was very helpful and attentive.

It is always a joy when I get to meet our guests, especially those who have traveled across the sea. I am glad you had time to enjoy the area close to the house, it is a nice uncrowded friendly community. We love it here and miss it when we are in Tucson.

Beautiful home with fantastic location

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Marnie's well-appointed home! It is spacious, updated, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. It is also very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and a park nearby but also within a short drive into downtown. Marnie was very communicative prior to our visit and incredibly responsive any time a question came up during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you for staying with us. It always delights me when my guests enjoy my home as much as I do.. You were wonderful guests. I like that you liked the rocks in my house and then you were able to view similar rocks at the Natural History Museum.

Great Property for all ages

The property was extremely nice and the pictures do not do it any justice. The owner was nice and friendly and available when we needed her to come to the home (didn't know how to work the hot tub). We were a group of 8 30 year olds, couples and singles and had plenty room for all. The only things that would have made this property 5 stars would have been a better location (about 30 minutes to Denver) and if we had a few more essentials in the home garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Overall the property was magnificent and would definitely stay here again.

I am glad you enjoyed the home. Sorry about the paper towels and garbage bags, these are usually supplied. An over site with my cleaning lady, who is a doll. She keeps the place shinning and I am so grateful for her help.

Dirty and lived in.

Property was not clean on arrival. We were there for a medical procedure next day. We were faced with dirty sheets left on beds to be washed and dirty trash cans. Also the property was being actively lived in by someone else. There was no room in any closet or dresser. Refrigerator was full and we had no place to put groceries. Had to leave the property.

My cleaning team had car trouble and arrived late to clean the home. This is the first time it happened and they have worked for me for 8 years. My guest arrived 20 minutes after check in. I told them the cleaning team was on the way and the home would be cleaned in 2 hours. 1. The clean sheets not dirty ones were on the beds but not made yet, 2. the fridge was not full of food, it was emptied by me 3. all trash was emptied except a small one upstairs 4. There were 6 empty drawers for cloths 5. The closet had room for hanging cloths plus 2 six foot long shelves for cloths 6. The house was neat, all counter cleared giving plenty of room for groceries and the floors clean. Naturally when my cleaning team arrived the would clean floors, carpets, bathrooms, dust and make the beds. The guest wanted a full refund for their stay and VRBO refused their refund because I immediately began to rectify the situation and the guest chose to leave. The guest was angry hence the bad review. I apologized and offered to get things turned around in 2 hours

Our favorite home away from home!

We love staying at this beautiful home when we visit family in the Denver area. The kitchen is well appointed if you like to cook, as we do. The yard is such a bonus with hot tub, various sitting areas and gardens. And the overall home is just lovely with anything you could want or need for a relaxing visit to the Denver area. Lot's of different places to congregate or sit and read a book. Kings Sooper is less than a mile for really nice groceries with lots of organic options. And there is great shopping in all directions if that is your thing. Central location to get into Denver Proper or to hop on the highway to the airport or Mountains. This was our second week long stay at this property and we look forward to returning again in the future. Best of All... the owner is amazing! She is very accommodating and makes you feel like her home is yours. She has this VRBO thing down!

Wonderful family stay

We gathered with four children, two grandchildren and various spouse and partners at the Garden Paradise for a four day family event. We found the house through the VRBO site which one of our daughters has successfully used before. the house looked wonderful on line and the owner was incredibly helpful as we asked questions and then prepared for our visit. Everything was as advertised, clean and well-organized. The house has a lot of space including a beautiful back yard with a waterfall and pond and a very large, heated sun room. The house is beautifully and eclectically furnished and decorated which adds to the charm. The house has a wonderful collection of books, games and children's toys that were great for the 4 and 6 year old and a great Monopoly game!! Finally the house and garden have a wonderful aura of peace. We all left with more peace and Happiness than when we arrived.

Beautiful Colorado Stay

Our second visit back to Garden Paradise. Again a joy to be there. It has the perfect location to many adventures in the area. The binder of activities in the home gives you lots of information to help you enjoy wonderful field trips. After a great day out it was wonderful to come back to the beautiful patio and spacious yard. The sun room and toys were perfect for entertaining grandchildren. We used the BBQ almost every night. We appreciated and used the herb garden during our stay. Our family holds many great memories and it was very nice to get to meet Marnie on this trip. I think it is always extra special to get to meet the owner of the home you are staying in. The home is very spacious and lots of nice areas for family to relax. Down the street a beautiful shopping area featuring Whole Foods. Also parks are very close and beautifully maintained. Our family stayed for a month and we all agreed there was still so much more to experience!! Can hardly wait to go back!

It was so nice to meet Cindy and her family at last. This was their second visit and I was able to meet the whole clan, it makes it seem like I am renting my home to friends rather than guests whose names move across my computer. I love to see grandchildren enjoying the home like mine do.

Our family stayed at the ...

Our family stayed at the Garden Paradise (And YES this is truly what this place is!) from 9/20 through 9/27. There was a total of 10 of us from Wisconsin that came out for my brother-in law's wedding at Red Rocks and The Fort. This location was PERFECT..being close to their home in Parker. Garden Paradise proved to be everything and more. With 10 of us in the house, there was plenty of room so that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The home's ammenities were so much more than expected! It was really ture that all we had to do was unpack and purchase a few groceries. The hot tub was an added bonus that was enjoyed by all. My mother-in law actually experienced her first time in one at Garden Paradise! To those who are looking to rent, I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this home! I know that any of our future trips to Colorado will include a stay here! Thank you SO SO much Marnie! Your home was truly a home away from home!

Christmas Vaca @ Centennial House

Very nice and open home with great kitchen and very comfortable beds/bedding Great location and very nice neighborhood. Only minor recommendation would be to have a television located in the sitting area off the kitchen or in the sitting area next to the garage. There is a very large nice TV with surround sound in a large sitting area, but it’s not connected/sitting area where we spent most of time cooking and hanging out together. Overall, very nice and comfortable home.

Outstanding House and Property Owner

House and Property we’re phenomenal for our needs. We were in town for my daughters softball tournament for a total of 9 days. The house was perfect for our needs, big, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Marnie was outstanding to work with and very kind. Will definitely stay again next year.

I like to share with others what I have created so they too many enjoy the space. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and author so my home is filled with good energy. I like to travel so I rent my home to fulfill that desire.

I grew up in Chicago and moved to Colorado in the late 70's to enjoy the mountains and mild weather. Colorado has so much to offer; music, art, culinary delights, hiking, biking or just enjoying the sunsets. I can't think of any other place I'd like to be.

I feel in love with this home as soon as I walked in the door. The living room windows bathe the room with light so I continued to sweep light throughout the house by adding 6 skylights, glass doors, remodeled kitchen and baths and flower gardens where ever you look. You can't help but relax in this home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There are numerous places to sit outside and enjoy the views to don't miss any of them. We especially like to watch the sun go down on the front porch in the summer or sitting on the living room sofa in the winter. There is nothing like watching the snow fall out of the living room windows. I love that I can peek out of my covers in bed and see the snow out of those and the other windows around me. The moonlight comes into the skylights all over the house. It's like your living outside with all the comforts of home.
