Welcome to Deulosal and this quiet apartment for 2-4 guests and a baby in northern Mallorca with a private pool.



Maria de la Salut is an authentic Mallorcan village with bars and restaurants 15-20 minutes drive from the northern beaches, e.g. Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. Points of interest are the Sierra de Tramuntana with its picturesque villages Valldemossa and Sóller, the capital Palma, the Formentor lighthouse and the beautiful village of Artà. A car is necessary.



The terrace and pool offer spectacular views of the countryside and mountains. The salt pool (8x4 meters and depth between 1.3 and 1.75m) is surrounded by a terrace with umbrellas and hammocks. The patio has a barbecue, lemon trees and a small chapel. The apartment and private terrace are on the first floor. The apartment has WiFi throughout and invites our guests to sit in the air-conditioned living-dining room, watch television (satellite channels) or prepare their favorite dishes in the independent kitchen with dishwasher and gas countertop. From the living room, stairs lead to the open mezzanine with 2 single beds, perfect for 2 children. The mezzanine has a curtain for more privacy. The master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning has access to a bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. This bathroom has another exit and serves the rest of the house.



2-3 cars can be parked outside the property. The owner lives downstairs and takes care of the pool and facilities so you can enjoy to the fullest. The pool is only used by this apartment, but the owner will be present during your stay. Being a house in the countryside, there are animals such as dogs and sheep.



Important:



As required by law, we must ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. We will send you a link before you arrive to register.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).



The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
