Bij het boeken is het onduidelijk dat ze foto’s van 2 verschillende accomodaties door elkaar gebruiken. Het door ons geboekte appartement bevond zich blijkbaar in een 2e gebouw hoger op de berg, en de foto’s van het grote zwembad met de dubbele ligbedden horen bij het lagergelegen gebouw. De faciliteiten bij het hoger gelegen gebouw zijn aftands en versleten. De houten planken rond het zwembad zijn in hele slechte staat, tegels in het zwembad die losgekomen zijn, en het zwembad was ook echt vuil. Een houten terrasconstructie is zelfs afgesloten wegens onveilig. De conciërge was zelf gedurende ons ganse verblijf niet aanwezig, waardoor alles vanop afstand moest worden besproken en geregeld worden. De badkamer van het originele appartement kan eigenlijk in deze staat niet meer verhuurd worden. Het bad ziet er door verkleuring verschrikkelijk vuil uit, de kraan is afgebroken. Dit voldoet gewoon niet meer. Na reclamaties hebben we de volgende dag een appartement in het lagere gebouw gekregen, wat ruimer en netter was, maar waarbij dan weer geen vaste airco aanwezig was. Gelukkig wel een (zeer luide) mobiele unit in de slaapkamer. We waren hier vooral op zoek naar rust, en dat vind je hier zeker wel. Het uitzicht op de wijngaarden is fantastisch, maar hou er gewoon rekening mee dat het allemaal net niet dat is. Het grote zwembad is aangenaam maar kan wel een grote reiniging verdragen. De dubbele ligbedden zijn fijn en ogen in eerste instantie mooi, maar er is geen enkele die nog in volledige staat is. Overal is wel iets stuk. Dat is jammer, want deze plek zou echt fantastisch kunnen zijn, maar dat vraagt wel stevig wat investeringen en onderhoud. De uitvalsbasis is goed om omliggende dorpjes en stranden te ontdekken. Als laatste wil ik nog meegeven dat de muggen hier alom aanwezig zijn, het zijn ook tijgermuggen en zelfs deet-spray lijkt ze niet af te schrikken. Wees hier op voorbereid! We hebben er zeker het beste van gemaakt, maar zouden hier niet meer terug naartoe komen.
